Weekly Track Titan Update

December 2025 Track Titan Update | Faster Coaching Flows, Social Leaderboards and Yearly Recap

Hi team TT,

As the year comes to a close, we don't just want to write about the usual monthly feature updates but also reflect a bit on the year. Once again, this year has been by far our biggest. Most users signed up, most laps driven and most PBs beaten. Thanks to all of you for making it happen. With our recent $5M funding round, we are in an even better position to smash 2026 with better coaching, more setups and an all-around more powerful platform for you. Let's wrap up the year with some stats and the latest updates:

Just Track Titan community members who joined this year:

  • Recorded more than 30 million laps
  • Analysed more than 2 million corners worth of data
  • Set more than 2 million new personal bests after benefiting from Track Titan tips and Hymo setups

Again, that is just those of you who joined this year, plus the tens of thousands existing users. Big numbers, taking us into next year with even bigger ambitions. Let's get into the December updates.

Faster Coaching Flows and More Accurate Timekillers

After announcing our brand new Coaching Flows last month, it was great to see thousands of you immediately benefit from them to get faster. One key feedback point we kept hearing: They are great but they are sometimes a bit slow to generate!

We spent a lot of December rethinking how we could speed up the hundreds of simulations we run for each corner and the result is that flows are now generated in less than half the time. We managed to get the average time down from about nine to less than four seconds. Still some way to go but we hope it makes using them much more enjoyable.

Besides, as always, we have been working on the quality of the decision engine itself to give more varied and accurate Timekiller advice. In the below example, for instance, our yellow quick tips point out a few things that aren't great but Timekiller shows you immediately what costs you the most time: Pointing the car inwards too much. I know that I like to take very aggressive V-lines to straighten up the entry but in this case, Track Titan knows with 100% certainty that this earlier turn-in was suboptimal because it compromises me too much for the rest of the corner. The result: An easy half a second found!

New Community Leaderboards - Starting with Achievements

Track Titan has always been much more than a coaching platform or telemetry tool. It's first and foremost a community platform that enables you to learn with and from others and compete, whether directly in races or indirectly via leaderboards.

We realise, though, that the world of simraing is very focused on one thing: raw pace. In order to make the competitive side a bit more fun for all skill levels, we are introducing community leaderboards focused on general driving stats.

We are starting this by showing the users who recently completed the most achievements. Going forward, think about topics like the number of laps driven, PBs set, your rating, etc.

Five New Team Members Joining in January - Get Ready for More

Off the back of our mentioned funding round, we were quite busy hiring. In January alone, we will have five new team members joining. That might not sound like a lot but it will make our team 50% bigger than today so it's a big step! We'll aim to quickly translate that into more features, faster bug fixes and other exciting new initiatives for you. We can't wait to get started in 2026.

That's it from the TT team for this month and year. Lots more to come as always, including many, many more updates and iterations for Coaching Flows. As always, feel free to reach out at max@tracktitan.io with any questions, comments or feedback.

All the best from London,
