November 2025 Track Titan Update | Coaching Flows to Actually Help You Like a Coach
Coaching Flows Are Here to Completely Revolutionise Simracing Coaching
November has been a pretty big month for us: We are very excited and proud to launch something we have been working on for a long time across the team: Coaching Flows.
Forget telemetry tools and other so-called AI coaching platforms for simracers. There is finally a way to actually know what mistake is causing your biggest timeloss across a lap and there is only one way to get it with as much depth as with a human coach: Track Titan Coaching Flows.
What Are Coaching Flows?
Rather than going through your telemetry data corner by corner and figuring out what mistakes you are making in each one, Coaching Flows do two things that help you get coach-level advice:
a) We truly find the biggest root cause of your time-loss. Is it really your throttle application on exit or did you mess up your entry so that you had to get on the power later? Coaching Flows can answer such questions within seconds.
b) We run these assessments across the entire lap to immediately explain your biggest general mistake to you, enabling you to shave off big chunks of time much faster.
Let's Go Through an Example Around Nürburgring GP in ACC
The Mercedes Arena is a pretty technical section of this track and many drivers don't quite get the combination of corners right. Coaching flows now enable you to get rid of all the complexity and immediately spot the root cause of your timeloss.
Below is an example from one of my laps. The flow first explains what my main problem is: I'm overshooting my braking phase. With the help of the brake chart, you can see that I brake a bit too late and then with too much pressure as I start turning in.
Step two of the flow shows you the negative impact of the mistake: In this case, the initial braking mistake forces me to slow down more to even make it around the corner and even then, the car drifts wide.
Finally, as a result of this chain of problems, my exit speed is compromised.
The conclusion: That single entry mistake caused the majority of my time loss throughout the corner. It would take even a professional racing instructor quite some time to really drill into the data and weigh up the different mistake candidates. Coaching Flows do this in seconds as our proprietary simulation engine runs thousands of different scenarios to know how much each mistake costs you down to the last thousandth of a second. If there is a clear pattern of such mistakes in your best lap, we show you a few examples to really explain what is causing what so you know how to improve faster.
How You Can Get Started With Coaching Flows Today
You will find a new toggle on the session page to start your first flow on any iRacing, ACC or LMU session (more game support to come!). That will change your default view, i.e. whether you always want a session review to start with the flow or the traditional delta map. No matter what your default setting is, you can always start a coaching flow via the button in the bottom right corner of the track map.
Really keen to hear what you think! Genuinely, please reach out with feedback at max@tracktitan.io (I read every email).
New Social Features and Helpers to Make Analysing Your Data Easier
Coaching Flows was the big project for the team in November. That didn't stop us from launching a few smaller updates you hopefully find helpful. Big shoutout to our new team member Romy who built these in her first month with us!
Distance Markers on Charts
To make it easier to see how much earlier/later you brake, come on the throttle etc. compared to the reference lap, we now show you the distance driven in each segment for all charts.

User Search and Following
From today, you will find a new magnifying glass in the top bar. This will enable you to finally find others such as your teammates and follow them. Following them will mean their laps show up first as other reference lap options in the "Community" tab of the reference lap selector.

That's it from the TT team for this month. Lots more to come as always, including many, many more updates and iterations for Coaching Flows. As always, feel free to reach out at max@tracktitan.io with any questions, comments or feedback.
If you want to stay up to date with other updates on Track Titan and all things racing/simracing/startups in general, feel free to connect on LinkedIn.
All the best from London,
Max and team
