Okay, you are hitting most of your apex's. The smoother you can be with your racing line the more you can distribute grip to all four tyres. There are a few areas you can tweak over time on your entry and exit lines but you are starting to learn the clipping points mid-corner. Keep it up! You just need to apply this on every corner.

Bonus Focus Point

To gain an edge, work on holding higher speeds through corners by delaying braking and keeping the throttle engaged longer. This approach will minimize the delta on corner exits, giving you a stronger drive onto the straights. As an example, maintaining steady throttle pressure through the apex can lead to a noticeable boost in exit momentum. Example

Very nice, your braking points are slooking very good. You have clearly got good reference markers. There are a few areas we can work on over the coming weeks with regards to brake pressure and trail braking to improve lap time further, but right now you're showing great technique!
Keep up the good work and we hope you enjoy your first racing line assignment!

You're usually very good on the brakes, using the right amount of pressure and trail braking well, but you can gain a bit of time by being just a bit more aggressive on the transition form full throttle to full brakes - Example. You should apply the brakes sharply at first, raising the brake pressure quickly, only then release them gradually. Begin easing off the brakes right as you start turning into the corner, and continue this slow release until you hit the apex, but that part you're already getting right :)
Good luck on track!

Great to have you onboard and hope you are ready to do some training! The process is super simple. Every two weeks you'll have an assigned task which your instructor will set based on our training schedule. Each task will be an important driving technique that you'll need to master in order to progress to the next discipline.

Having assessed and written hundreds of training plans, Track Titan instructors have analysed our drivers achievements and pitfalls and the results show that a consistent application of the driving techniques is crucial to progressing as a good, fast and safe driver. Therefore, every two weeks you'll be tested for consistency and quality of the chosen technique. If the instructor feels that more time on track is required to progress then no problem, hone your skills, dig deep and you'll soon pass to the next discipline.

We have assigned you a turnover day, the instructors will then assess your driving and provide your score for the assigned task and your progress. This will be vary, but is normally available within one to three days.

Please follow the advice in the assigned task and practice this race technique as much as you can in the next fortnight. We require 30-50 laps in this period to give you a good assessment of your driving. Remember, referring back to the reference lap and in particular the telemetry data to see how you need to perform to perfect a skill will aid your progress and competence.

The Instructors will look through the sessions and laps you have completed over the last fourteen days. Priority will be given to hot lapping and time trial laps if available. We understand that with changing conditions (tyre wear, weather, fuel load etc.) the ability to perform consistently and with quality similar to the reference lap alters. This is taken into account with all our assessments. Needless to say, the more laps driven the better your training and practice will be and the better the understanding of your current abilities.

If you have a different motivational goal, please let us know and we'll change it from "Improve driving technique"

Enjoy the training, enjoy the journey.

Good luck and have fun on track 💪

Yours sincerely,
The Instructors
