Please drive more laps. It isn't possible to get a fair and true reflection of this assessment without at least 30-50 laps being completed. The instructors are ready to help you when you are ready. Good luck and have fun on track
You are braking too early, causing your speed to drop significantly earlier than optimal and costing you a considerable amount of time as a result. Try braking a later point so you can gain more time overall by carrying more speed under braking and maintaining a higher minimum speed in general through the corner. - Example
B1 - Braking - The Braking Point | 28/05/2026 (76%)
R1 - Racing Line - Hitting the Apex | 12/06/2026 (85%🔥)
B2 - Braking - Power and Speed | 09/07/2026 (83%)
A1 - Accelerating - Finding the Gear | 06/08/2026 (98%🔥)

Good corner gear choices. It is often the case that people change down too far in a belief that it will be faster however, you nailed this. So you've reached a milestone - well done! Your next weeks training, will be assessed on how well you perform with all the plans that you have driven so far. You are currently doing really well and should find this straight forward, just strive to increase your consistency and push for slightly quicker lap times. Good luck!
Extra -
You are braking with too much pressure, causing your speed to drop significantly more than optimal and costing you a considerable amount of time as a result. Try braking with less pressure so you can carry more speed into the corner, gaining you more time overall due to maintaining a higher minimum speed through the corner. - Example

You are braking too early, causing your speed to drop significantly earlier than optimal and costing you a considerable amount of time as a result. Try adjusting to a later braking point so you can carry more speed under braking, gaining you more time overall due to this. - Example

Very nice, be careful how much pressure you apply on fast sweeping corners, it is important not to lose too much speed by braking too heavily, generally you are OK at this but a couple of mistakes were visible. Occasionally you were applying the brakes when not needed. A quick check back at the reference lap will really help find these little wins. Next up is your first acceleration technique, good luck and keep knocking out those laps! 💪
Extra -
In the second right hander before the long back straight, you release the brakes too quickly, causing you to carry too much apex speed and forcing you to brake again mid corner, compromising your ability to get back on throttle quickly on the exit and costing you a considerable amount of time as a result of this. Try hold onto the brakes for longer in the beginning, to slow the car down enough for the corner, allowing you to get the power down quicker on exit, gaining you more time overall. - Example

Your braking still lacks consistency. On some laps you're hitting the marks well with good modulation, but in others the pressure is either too light or too heavy for the corner, which then triggers mistakes later in the turn. Work on making your braking more repeatable in the next session—if we can lock that in, we'll be ready to move on to the next phase.

You are braking with too much pressure, causing your speed to drop significantly more than optimal and costing you a considerable amount of time as a result. Try braking with less pressure so you can carry more speed into the corner and gain more time overall just by maintaining a higher minimum speed. - Example

Very nice. Tight to the kerb on the majority of the segments (where needed). Keep up the laps, amazing work and looking forward to see how you perform on the next assigned task.
Extra -
You are braking significantly earlier and with a lot of pressure, causing your speed to drop much more than optimal and costing you a considerable amount of time as a result. Try braking at a later point and with less pressure, so you can maintain a higher minimum speed through the corner, gaining you more time overall due to carrying more speed both under braking and in the corner. - Example

28/05/2026
Very nice, your braking points are sharp and spot on. Important! Be careful how much pressure you apply on fast sweeping corners, it is important not to loose too much speed by braking too heavily. Next up is your first racing line technique, good luck and keep knocking out those laps! 💪
Extra -
You are braking with too much pressure, causing your speed to drop quicker than optimal, costing you a lot of time as a result, as you are too slow approaching the corner. Try applying less brake pressure so you can carry more speed under braking and into the corner, allowing you to gain more time overall with a higher speed on the corner entry. - Example

Great to have you onboard and hope you are ready to do some training! The process is super simple. Every two weeks you'll have an assigned task which your instructor will set based on our training schedule. Each task will be an important driving technique that you'll need to master in order to progress to the next discipline.
Having assessed and written hundreds of training plans, Track Titan instructors have analysed our drivers achievements and pitfalls and the results show that a consistent application of the driving techniques is crucial to progressing as a good, fast and safe driver. Therefore, every two weeks you'll be tested for consistency and quality of the chosen technique. If the instructor feels that more time on track is required to progress then no problem, hone your skills, dig deep and you'll soon pass to the next discipline.
We have assigned you a turnover day, the instructors will then assess your driving and provide your score for the assigned task and your progress. This will be vary, but is normally available within one to three days.
Please follow the advice in the assigned task and practice this race technique as much as you can in the next fortnight. We require 30-50 laps in this period to give you a good assessment of your driving. Remember, referring back to the reference lap and in particular the telemetry data to see how you need to perform to perfect a skill will aid your progress and competence.
The Instructors will look through the sessions and laps you have completed over the last fourteen days. Priority will be given to hot lapping and time trial laps if available. We understand that with changing conditions (tyre wear, weather, fuel load etc.) the ability to perform consistently and with quality similar to the reference lap alters. This is taken into account with all our assessments. Needless to say, the more laps driven the better your training and practice will be and the better the understanding of your current abilities.
If you have a different motivational goal, please let us know and we'll change it from "Improve driving technique"
Enjoy the training, enjoy the journey.
Good luck and have fun on track 💪
Yours sincerely,
The Instructors
