Overall performance in this assessment did not meet the required standard to progress to the next training plan. There were inconsistencies across the lap that affected your overall pace and control. While some sections showed potential, the combination of skills needs further refinement to reach the necessary consistency. Keep practicing with focused sessions, review your telemetry for patterns, and build toward greater reliability lap after lap. With continued effort, you'll be ready to advance soon.
You are braking with too much pressure, causing your speed to drop significantly more than optimal and cost you a considerable amount of time as a result. Try and brake with less pressure so you can carry more speed into the corner, allowing you to maintain a higher minimum speed and gain more time overall. - Example
B1 - Braking - The Braking Point | 13/04/2026 (75%)
B2 - Braking - Power and Speed | 09/07/2026 (80%)
R1 - Racing Line - Hitting the Apex | 27/04/2026 (80%)
A1 - Accelerating - Finding the Gear | 21/07/2026 (83%)

We are ready to assess your practice from last week. Please provide us some laps and we'll check again on your next turnover day. To really learn a track in Sim racing, from our analysis of users data between 30-50 laps in a week are required to improve significantly (depending on track length).
The next Instructor notes will be provided when we have sessions to review. Thanks, and looking forward to seeing your improvements. π

Good corner gear choices in general. Sometimes you are one gear off the reference lap, try testing with the different cars that you drive whether you have the control choosing a different gear. Try and compare the deltas to get a feeling for whether there is a big difference on your lap times. So you've reached a milestone - well done! Your next weeks training, will be assessed on how well you perform with all the plans that you have driven so far. You are currently doing really well and should find this straight forward, just strive to increase your consistency and push for slightly quicker lap times. Good luck! Time to bring all that you've learnt together now in the next assessment....
Extra -
You are too slow getting back on full throttle on corner exits, costing you a considerable amount of time as your exit speed is significantly lower than optimal due to the slower acceleration. You tend to take many stabs of the throttle instead of one smooth application. Try and get back onto full throttle quicker so you can carry a higher exit speed out of the corner, gaining you more time overall as a result. - Example

Very nice, be careful how much pressure you apply on fast sweeping corners, it is important not to lose too much speed by braking too heavily, generally you are OK at this but a few of mistakes were visible. Next up is your first acceleration technique, good luck and keep knocking out those laps, the more the better! πͺ
Extra -
Try to avoid using the throttle too much at the corner entry. A small input can be beneficial to balance the car in more extreme cases/setups, but that'll be around the 10-20% range. In your case, you're adding too large of an input and usually off and on too - Example.
This has a number of negative effects, like increasing braking distances, it can worsen car control during the corner, affects balance and rotation, and will hinder your ability to find good braking points because as soon as you release the brakes near the apex, you're instantly accelerating instead of letting the car settle down and aim for the exit. This is often increasing your speed at the entry/apex, which costs you time on the exit.
In conclusion, really try to avoid using the throttle at the corner entry. Control the car's pitch and weight shifts with the brakes instead. Gradually release the brakes as you turn into the corner all the way to the apex. That's the best way to keep the car under control throughout the corner entry.

Your braking is too inconsistent. Sometimes you are showing good technique and other times your braking strength is not where it needs to be for that particular corner. This leads to other mistakes in your driving. Try to improve your consistency for the next assessment so we can move past this stage.

This leads to other mistakes in your driving. Try to improve your consistency for the next assessment so we can move past this stage.
Extra - You are braking and releasing the brakes mid braking zone due to braking too early. Try braking at a later point so you can hold maximum brake pressure until you have to release it for the corner, instead of having to brake and release the brake to carry enough speed for the corner. The later braking will help you gain more time by carrying more speed under braking. - Example

Very nice. Tight to the kerb on the majority of the segments (where needed). Keep up the laps, amazing work and looking forward to see how you perform on the next assigned task.
Extra - You are completely getting off the throttle, reducing your speed significantly and costing you a considerable amount of time, as you are unable to the carry the optimal speed through the high speed corners. Try ease off a bit of throttle input, to help rotate the car for the corner and slow the car down very slightly, so you can carry more speed through these crucial corners, gaining you time. - Example

You're doing really well, although there were a couple of instances where you just missed the mark. No worries though, it happens to the best of us! Something to keep in mind is that sometimes there are segments of the track where you don't need to brake at all. In those instances, simply lifting off the throttle can be enough to help you retain your speed and maintain control. Enjoy your apex work and don't be afraid to test the entry-apex-exit kerbs!
Extra - You are often braking with too much pressure, which causes your speed to be considerably lower than optimal at the apex and on the exit. Try applying the most brake pressure at the beginning of your braking, and ease off it as you approach the corner. This lets you slow the car in a straight line quickly, as this is where your brakes are most efficient. Easing off the brakes helps you continue slowing the car down, whilst keeping a higher minimum speed when rotating into the corner. - Example

Great to have you onboard and hope you are ready to do some training! The process is super simple. Every two weeks you'll have an assigned task which your instructor will set based on our training schedule. Each task will be an important driving technique that you'll need to master in order to progress to the next discipline.
Having assessed and written hundreds of training plans, Track Titan instructors have analysed our drivers achievements and pitfalls and the results show that a consistent application of the driving techniques is crucial to progressing as a good, fast and safe driver. Therefore, every two weeks you'll be tested for consistency and quality of the chosen technique. If the instructor feels that more time on track is required to progress then no problem, hone your skills, dig deep and you'll soon pass to the next discipline.
We have assigned you a turnover day, the instructors will then assess your driving and provide your score for the assigned task and your progress. This will be vary, but is normally available within one to three days.
Please follow the advice in the assigned task and practice this race technique as much as you can in the next fortnight. We require 30-50 laps in this period to give you a good assessment of your driving. Remember, referring back to the reference lap and in particular the telemetry data to see how you need to perform to perfect a skill will aid your progress and competence.
The Instructors will look through the sessions and laps you have completed over the last fourteen days. Priority will be given to hot lapping and time trial laps if available. We understand that with changing conditions (tyre wear, weather, fuel load etc.) the ability to perform consistently and with quality similar to the reference lap alters. This is taken into account with all our assessments. Needless to say, the more laps driven the better your training and practice will be and the better the understanding of your current abilities.
If you have a different motivational goal, please let us know and we'll change it from "Improve driving technique"
Enjoy the training, enjoy the journey.
Good luck and have fun on track πͺ
Yours sincerely,
The Instructors
