Improve race technique and lower lap times.
Some nice laps but it is clear that consistency needs to be worked on. Consistency is the key to bringing your lap times down. It really is at the heart of braking too early and getting on the throttle too quickly. Concentrate on these areas to improve to the next level.
We need to get your gear choices fixed and understood. Write down the lowest gear that the reference lap uses in each segment and then when you drive a few laps make sure that you use exactly the same gears as they have. A simple task but very important for getting the most out of your car.

It goes without saying that braking later reduces your lap time(assuming you make the corner). Even corners where the reference lap approaches the braking phase at a higher speed, you sometimes brake earlier. Focus on keeping your steering wheel straight to be able to brake as late as possible.
11% of your errors are braking too early which still needs looking at.
This can be seen in segment 9. Remember brake harder and a little later.
Just a little too early but it is the fact that you only brake to 90% this time that needs to be addressed. Consistency in braking is really the best and only way to improve.

Gear choice is the understanding of which gear can be used in the corner to maximise control and most importantly speed of the car. Drop into too low a gear and the car could slow to match the gear ration, too high a gear and your acceleration won't be optimal.
Gearing errors is 19% of your total errors.
Segment 1 shows how using 2nd gear while the the reference lap has already moved up to 4th.
The easiest and quickest way to improve gearing mistakes is to copy the reference lap. Put all your thoughts aside as to whether it sounds wrong or feels strange. Start by just copying the lowest gear in a segment.

Time during a corner when neither applying throttle nor brake is often referred to as 'coasting'. This leads to lost time on track.
Currently 10% of your mistakes. This can be a big factor in losing time on your laps.
Check out this delay between brake and throttle in Segment 8. Flip between the brake and throttle windows to see the difference between the reference lap and your orange line.
Trail braking will give you the ability to slow your car down as you are turning. The technique take a little getting used to. Follow the instructions in our video to get you started.
