Improve race technique and consistency.

Nice start to your training there are number of items that we need to address that will definitely bring your lap times down. First and most important is that your throttle is only achieving 96% pressure. It is never allowing you to drive the car at it's full speed. Please re-calibrate the throttle and ensure that the 100% level can be maintained when your foot is flat to the floor.
Braking is key to your whole corner strategy. You need to brake later. Drive a couple of laps then refer back to the analysis, see if you are braking too early and find a better braking point marker. When you've nailed your braking points then you'll find it easier to control the car so that you can then plan your exit strategy. Too early on the throttle won't help. Be patient and then you'll avoid having to lift the throttle and will in turn be able to get to 100% acceleration quicker. Getting the correct gear and learning your braking points will really help lower your lap times. Make sure when you drive different tracks that these are the first areas that you look at...

There are many situations on track where it is better to run the car in a higher gear to gain full potential from the engine.
This mistake happens a lot, 21% of your mistakes can be attributed to this.
An example can be found in Segment 1. Notice how the reference lap never drops into second gear
You'll be surprised how much time can be lost by being in the wrong gear. Very important to test this, either by referring to the reference lap or by looking at the deltas when you drive. Carrying speed and staying in a higher gear can often be the difference of 0.4 - 0.6 seconds on your lap time!

Full throttle is where the speed is. As long as you have control, the general aim is to get to full throttle as quickly as possible.
19% of all of your mistakes are due to getting to 100% too slowly.
An example in segment 9, getting to full throttle will be quicker and can shave up to two tenths off your time.
Here is a video explaining the importance of getting to full throttle quickly.

It goes without saying that braking later reduces your lap time(assuming you make the corner). Even corners where the reference lap approaches the braking phase at a higher speed, you sometimes brake earlier. Focus on keeping your steering wheel straight to be able to brake as late as possible.
16% of the mistakes this week were due to braking too early.
A perfect example can be seen through segment 7.
Hard and fast braking is very useful, however be mindful that on high speed corners it is important not to brake too much. Try to use less than 100% braking in these situations. Tricky but with a bit of dexterity it is possible.
