Improve driving technique and think about entering some leagues.

Some great driving and the times are getting better and better. A little hard and quicker with the brakes will be the fine tuning that you need to shave a little more time off your laps.
This one takes a bit of analysis. It is important to understand how much speed you are losing on corners and therefore what your potential is. On a medium speed corner like segment 5. You can see on the racing line tab and the looking at the speed tab how your speed dropped to a maximum of 10kph slower than the reference lap. Try to find other corners on this circuit where you also lose this time and practice your point of acceleration and sensitive braking to ensure your corner speed doesn't drop too low.

You often reduce your corner speed more than you have to by staying on the brakes for too long. If this is to affect the car's balance, please apply way less pressure.
With approximately 24% of all of your mistakes being this one, and over 40% of all your mistakes are braking related. Here will be a quick win on your braking technique.
An example can be found in segment 8. You'll see that you're on the brakes longer than the reference lap because you didn't brake as hard as the reference lap
Sometimes on fast corners there is a balance between how much and hard you need to brake compared to retaining your corner speed. As a rule, harder, faster braking is the normal route however, experimenting with gentler prolonged brake on faster corners can't be ruled out. The delta is your friend on these occasions, a gentler brake is easier and less prone to scrubbing too much pace whilst a hard, much quicker brake can be very effective as well.

Full throttle is the goal of drivers. If one driver can get to full throttle before another there are set up to achieve an overtaking situation.
With 30% of your mistakes arising from 'late to full throttle', it is very important to study this area.
Look at segment 5. The reference lap is getting more throttle down than you at this stage, especially in the later part of the acceleration phase.
Be extremely conscious of when you are on the throttle and when you just ease off, even if it just a little bit. Your slight release could be an indication that you were nervous that you weren't going to make the corner.

By applying the throttle too late you are making it very hard to get the car to full speed quickly. The balance is if you are too early the car will understeer and it will be necessary to come off the gas.
15% of your mistakes are related to this.
Just a little late getting on the gas in segment 6. Great that you get to 100% throttle at the same time as the reference lap but you've already lost just that little bit of time.
A fine balance, to achieve the optimal acceleration. This corner is handled well, but there is often the chance to gain an extra tenth or so but fine tuning your exit. Just that little lift will be a small gain is removed.
