Improve consistency and race technique.

The times are coming down but there is a tendency to stay on the brakes for too long. Which will be the biggest reason for losing nearly 3 seconds to the reference lap.
Plan the gear choice before entering the corner, based on the memory of checking the reference lap. Turn in find the apex and don't accelerate before you've hit the apex. Try this simple approach for a number of corners and then hopefully you'll find that your segment times will be shaving a tenth or two.

There are many situations on track where it is better to run the car in a higher gear to gain full potential from the engine.
Gearing errors in general accounted for over 25% of your total errors.
Segment 4 shows how using 3nd gear whereas the reference lap is using 5th gear.
If the car is feeling sluggish or is revving too high, this is a good indication that you are in too low a gear. If you feel this might be the case, start a new session and drive two laps, first in the suspected wrong gear and then one gear higher. Check out your live delta, it'll give you your answer.

Being too early on the throttle is a contradictory mistake. You want to get the full gas quickly but not at the expense of possible wheel spin or having to come off the gas.
15% of your errors are being too early on the throttle through this training session.
This is a perfect example of how your desire to reach full throttle quickly is actually costing you time on the track. Segment 8, shows us that the early application of the throttle was too much and you had to 'back off' a little before getting to full throttle.
Each time that there a lift or dab, it indicates a lack of smoothness. Very hard to achieve perfection but any time that you have a change that is more than 10-15% pressure needs to be looked at.

Full throttle is where the speed is. As long as you have control, the general aim is to get to full throttle as quickly as possible.
Again tricky one this really is where those seconds can be found, with 18% of your mistakes arising from 'late to full throttle'.
Look at segment 10. Very similar to last week, you stay on the throttle more than the reference lap, the problem is that you are much later at 100% throttle again.
Test the car to the point of spin out. Repeat this process, multiple times this will be how you'll really gauge the limits of acceleration and achieve maximum throttle quicker.
