Conclusion
There are still a few fundamental problems to fix. Two main ones being your braking and your throttle. Your brake application is good, but the release is quite sudden. This removes the weight from the front end of your car, costing you grip. This means that you can't turn as fast and you also cant apex as fast as normal. I also see an unusual blip of the throttle before a lot of your apexes. This will also remove weight from your front wheels, and hinder your throttle input on exit as well. Fixing these will help to dramatically lower lap times overall.
Set Up Advice
For segment 9 in particular, the reference lap is flat out whereas you need to lift. This indicates a lack of overall grip compared to the reference lap, so I would recommend looking at the recommended setup on you session analysis page. To help with setup stability, you could try lowering rear tyre pressure, raising rear camber, or raising front antiroll bar.

Segment 1
☐ This segment is driven flat out.
Segment 2
☐ For this segment, you brake much earlier than the reference lap, but the application is very quick and nicely done. Your throttle input is also slightly erratic, you applied the throttle quite early. This usually means that it will push you wide on exit, or you wont be able to accelerate as quickly as you should.
Segment 3
☐ Because of the throttle inputs from the previous segment, you're not quite exiting this corner as fast as you should be, and you're still applying the throttle long after the reference lap is at full throttle. This can be fixed by sorting out the acceleration from the previous segment.
Segment 4
☐ This segment is driven flat out. The only time loss come from the acceleration of segment 2.
Segment 5
☐ Similarly to segment 2, your braking is initially very good, with a quick input to 100%. However, you release the brakes very suddenly, and again this could cause a loss of front grip. There's a small blip of the throttle just before the apex, and this leads you to accelerate slower overall than the reference lap. You keep a tighter line than the reference lap, which seems to help you slightly as well. Try to make sure your acceleration happens after the apex, once you can reach 100%.
Segment 6
☐ Your braking is similar to segments 2 and 5, so make sure you brake slightly later and release more gradually. You seem to take a much wider line on entry, but because of the hill, this means you have to slow down much more than necessary. For this corner, it is more beneficial to hug the inside here.
Segment 7
☐ This segment is driven flat out.
Segment 8
☐ The braking here is similar to before, and for this corner particularly, it seems excessive. The reference lap brakes less overall than you, and this could help carry speed through the apexes. Again there is a throttle blip before the first apex, which would hinder your acceleration and lower your apex speed. Try to make sure you don't touch the accelerator until after you pass the apex.
Segment 9
☐ The reference lap takes this corner flat out, whereas you have a sizeable lift at the apex. This is usually more down to setup, and judging from your line I would say that is the case.
Segment 10
☐ For this segment, your brake trace is similar to the reference lap, but you brake much earlier. Your setup should still allow you to brake later, so this will help save some time. Your line seems wider initially but tighter on exit, and this could in fact help with acceleration. However, there is still a throttle blip before the apex, lowering the grip you have available at turn in and forcing your apex speed lower. Try to gradually build up speed after the apex is past.
Segment 11
☐ Similarly to segment 8, your braking is OK but it seems excessive when compared to the reference lap. You hold a tighter line than the reference lap, but for a corner like this, it can actually help to have a slightly wider line. It will help to keep your minimum speed up. I will again echo the point I have made about your throttle inputs before the apex.
Segment 12
☐ Very similar points to the previous segment. Your braking is OK but excessive, you hold a slightly tighter line, and there is a small blip of the throttle before the apex. Make sure to keep your driving as smooth as it can be.
Segment 13
☐ Your entry line is really good, you keep your car wider than the reference lap to help carry speed into the first apex. Your brake release is still quite sudden, so make sure that you gradually release to help with front end grip.
Segment 14
☐ This segment is driven flat out.
