A nice improvement here. You show a smoother movement on the majority of segments. Just be aware that it is very easy to slip on this area. That smoothness of steering (as well as braking and throttle) will help you maintain a balance / weighted car. This combined with ensuring your use the full width of the track might help shave another few tenths off your time.
You are a bit too slow with getting back on throttle when exiting the corner. This is costing you a considerable amount of time as your exit speed is significantly slower than optimal. Try getting back on the accelerator quicker as you leave the corner, allowing you to carry a higher exit speed quicker and gain more time overall as a result. - Example

Great use of trail braking, by releasing the brake slowly to help rotate the car around sharper hairpins and get back on the throttle smoothly. This will help shave tenths off your time as you are setting yourself up well for the corner exit. Try also to be a little flexible about the power of your braking, remember of faster corners you can avoid braking all the way to 100%.
Extra -
You are braking with too much pressure, causing your speed to drop significantly more than optimal and costing you a considerable amount of time as a result. Try braking with less pressure so you can carry more speed into the corner, gaining you more time overall due to maintaining a higher minimum speed through the corner. - Example

As more skills are added to the combination assessments they naturally become harder. Essentially there are more areas where errors can be seen. You did an extremely good job last week and managed to pass. If you look back at your telemetry you'll be able to spot small improvements that are needed. For example, sometimes just a slight hesitation on the throttle as you accelerate or missing a tight apex.
Extra -
You are too slow getting back on throttle on corner exits, causing your exit speed to be significantly slower than optimal and costing you a considerable amount of time. Try and get back on the throttle quicker so you can carry a higher exit speed out of the corner, gaining you more time overall with a quicker acceleration. - Example
----------------------
09/07/2026
This is a pass and quite a good one. Sometimes you really hit the throttle perfectly. As always, it is about the consistency of this. It is common for throttle work to be a more evolved process. Trickier to master and stay focused. When you achieve a good acceleration point then you'll be half way to achieving the desired smooth acceleration with no lifting off.
Extra -
You are braking too early and lightly, causing your speed to drop significantly earlier than optimal and costing you a considerable amount of time as a result. Try braking at a later point so you can gain more time overall just by carrying a higher top speed before braking. - Example
----------------------
25/06/2026
Practice hard and be extremely conscious of when you are lifting off the throttle (usually on corner exit). Try not to drive at 100% aggression. Back off a little until you get the feeling of pressing the throttle pedal in one direction throughout the corner exit. This is all about not lifting off the throttle.
Extra -
You are braking too early and with too much pressure, causing your speed to drop significantly more than optimal and costing you a considerable amount of time as a result. Try braking with less pressure so you can carry more speed into the corner and gain more time overall just by maintaining a higher minimum speed. - Example

Impressively consistent race times, showcasing your dedication and skill. This consistent performance is a crucial asset as you prepare for your upcoming Combination Assessment. Keep up the great work, it's evident that you're on the right track towards achieving your goals.
Extra -
You are braking with too much pressure, causing your speed to drop significantly more than optimal and costing you a considerable amount of time as a result. Try applying less pressure, and release that pressure quicker, so you can maintain a higher minimum speed and gain more time overall. - Example

Your racing lines are starting to look like you know what you are doing. In most situations we want to open up the entry and exit of the corner so that when we clip the apex the path we travel has the largest possible radius. This allows you to carry the most possible speed through the corner. There are exceptions, for example in corner complexes, where sometimes a compromise is required. There are a few corners where you are still entering too tight, which costs you minimum speed. Lets keep working on this as you go into the next challenge - Consistency.
Extra -
You are braking a bit early, and with a lot of pressure, causing your speed to be reduced earlier and quicker than optimal, which costs you time, as you are unable to carry the same speed through the corner as the reference lap. Try braking a bit later and with less pressure, so you can maintain a higher minimum speed through the corner and gain more time overall. - Example
----------------------

Good control through the chicanes. Chicanes are a great insight into a drivers skill level as, it requires a good mastery of all skills, very quickly. Your racing line is good and your mid chicane acceleration is great. Also try to be quicker getting on the throttle on the exits (not just in chicanes). Remember gear choice is especially important in chicanes due to accelerating from slow speeds.
Extra -
You are braking too early approaching the chicane, causing your speed to drop significantly more than optimal earlier, and costing you free time. You had to ease off the brakes and apply it again to get some more speed approaching the apex. Try adjusting to a later braking point so you can gain more time overall just by carrying more speed under braking, and this will also help prevent you from easing off the brakes and applying it again to carry speed, as a later braking point will do that for you already. - Example

A good combination assessment. There were many good laps exhibited and the majority of the racing skills learnt have been displayed on multiple segments. There were some areas where improvements are needed and these will lower your lap times. Firstly, work hard at those braking points. If there is one area that needs to be studied and perfected, this is the most useful. Secondly, there are a number of times that your gear choice could be improved. Learning really comes from driving, analysing and then driving again until you feel you've reached a wall then analysing again. This habit will really help you improve as quickly as possible.

Good corner gear choices in general. Sometimes you are one gear off the reference lap, try testing with the different cars that you drive whether you have the control choosing a different gear. Try and compare the deltas to get a feeling for whether there is a big difference on your lap times. So you've reached a milestone - well done! Your next weeks training, will be assessed on how well you perform with all the plans that you have driven so far. You are currently doing really well and should find this straight forward, just strive to increase your consistency and push for slightly quicker lap times. Good luck! Time to bring all that you've learnt together now in the next assessment....
Extra -
In Turn 8 at Circuit de Barcelona, you are braking with too much pressure, causing your speed to be significantly lower than optimal and costing you considerable time, as you are unable to carry the same exit speed as you could be carrying. Try braking with less pressure so you can maintain a higher minimum speed through the fast right hander and gain more time. The more speed you carry, the better, as it is a fast corner, it is crucial because you are carrying the speed for the whole straight until the next braking zone. - Example
----------------------
02/04/2026
XXXYour braking is looking good. There are places you could improve but in general you follow the power and speed of the reference driver well. Try to be a bit smoother on the pedal and avoid pumping the brake which can unsettle the car. Keep it up and look forward to reviewing your gearing next.XX
Extra -
Try not to lift off before you brake, this lag time is time you could still be accelerating, instead you are coasting. Unless you are saving fuel for a race stint there is no real benefit to this strategy - certainly not in lap time. Example
----------------------
24/03/2026
Fantastic racing line and you are hitting nearly all of your apex's. Great job using the whole width of the track. The smoother you can be with your racing line the more you can distribute grip to all four tyres. Keep it up!
Extra -
Sometimes you are not using the entire width of the track on the exit, which costs you a bit of time. Try carry a bit more minimum speed at the apex so that your car will drive further out towards the edge of the track. - Example
----------------------

Very nice, your braking points are sharp and spot on.
Important! Be careful how much pressure you apply on fast sweeping corners, it is important not to loose too much speed by braking too heavily.
Next up is your first racing line technique, good luck and keep knocking out those laps! 💪

Nice driving. at the moment you are doing really well, I think the most important aspect is to concentrate on your throttle work. It's super important, especially on a track like Monza, to get up to 100% throttle as soon as possible. Remember to allow the car to flow through the corners; maintaining smooth steering inputs can help achieve this. Test the limits of the car by gradually, but quickly increasing your throttle application; you might find that a slight earlier rotation of the car allows you to set up for acceleration better. Aim to be straight on exit, which enables you to put your foot down harder and reach full power quicker - example

Great to have you onboard and hope you are ready to do some training! The process is super simple. Every two weeks you'll have an assigned task which your instructor will set based on our training schedule. Each task will be an important driving technique that you'll need to master in order to progress to the next discipline.
Having assessed and written hundreds of training plans, Track Titan instructors have analysed our drivers achievements and pitfalls and the results show that a consistent application of the driving techniques is crucial to progressing as a good, fast and safe driver. Therefore, every two weeks you'll be tested for consistency and quality of the chosen technique. If the instructor feels that more time on track is required to progress then no problem, hone your skills, dig deep and you'll soon pass to the next discipline.
We have assigned you a turnover day, the instructors will then assess your driving and provide your score for the assigned task and your progress. This will be vary, but is normally available within one to three days.
Please follow the advice in the assigned task and practice this race technique as much as you can in the next fortnight. We require 30-50 laps in this period to give you a good assessment of your driving. Remember, referring back to the reference lap and in particular the telemetry data to see how you need to perform to perfect a skill will aid your progress and competence.
The Instructors will look through the sessions and laps you have completed over the last fourteen days. Priority will be given to hot lapping and time trial laps if available. We understand that with changing conditions (tyre wear, weather, fuel load etc.) the ability to perform consistently and with quality similar to the reference lap alters. This is taken into account with all our assessments. Needless to say, the more laps driven the better your training and practice will be and the better the understanding of your current abilities.
If you have a different motivational goal, please let us know and we'll change it from "Improve driving technique"
Enjoy the training, enjoy the journey.
Good luck and have fun on track 💪
Yours sincerely,
The Instructors
