We are ready to assess your practice from last week. Please provide us some laps and we'll check again on your next turnover day. To really learn a track in Sim racing, from our analysis of users data between 30-50 laps in a week are required to improve significantly (depending on track length).
The next Instructor notes will be provided when we have sessions to review. Thanks, and looking forward to seeing your improvements. đ

Close, but not quite good enough to pass. Currently, your braking technique is causing you to run wide in the corner. Have a look at the advice bellow and give this assignment another go. Good luck and have fun!
Extra -
Sometimes, it's better to brake with less pressure, but for longer. This allows for better weight transfer and avoids unsettling the car. There were a few corners like this but you were braking heavily and quickly. You found a bit of time under braking but lost time in the corner. Try to copy the reference laps brake shape for a bit and see how you get on. - example

Your braking still lacks consistency. On some laps you're hitting the marks well with good modulation, but in others the pressure is either too light or too heavy for the corner, which then triggers mistakes later in the turn. Work on making your braking more repeatable in the next sessionâif we can lock that in, we'll be ready to move on to the next phase.
Extra -
In Turn 1 at Oschersleben, you are braking too early, and with maximum brake pressure, causing you to approach the corner with significantly lower speed than optimal, costing you time. The lower speed also results in having to put more throttle input whilst in the braking zone to gain more speed. Try apply less brake pressure for the left hander so you can carry more speed into the corner, then apply more brake pressure for the second part of this section, as this is the heavier braking zone. - Example
----------------------
16/03/2026
Your braking is too inconsistent. Sometimes you are showing good technique and other times your braking strength is not where it needs to be for that particular corner. This leads to other mistakes in your driving. Try to improve your consistency for the next assessment so we can move past this stage.
Extra -
One key thing to watch out for is your throttle input in the second part of the chicane. You were completely off throttle, which costed you quite a lot of time through that section of the corner. By being on throttle earlier, you are able to keep a higher minimum speed through the corner, which gives you better control through the corner exit. - Example

Super close but a little more work is needed before we move on. Have a look at the advice bellow and give this assignment another go. Good luck and have fun!

Okay, you are hitting most of your apex's. The smoother you can be with your racing line the more you can distribute grip to all four tyres. There are a few areas you can tweak over time on your entry and exit lines but you are starting to learn the clipping points mid-corner. Keep it up! You just need to apply this on every corner.
Extra -
There is a big gap between lifting off and braking in some corners. This is useful if you are trying to save fuel but it won't help your lap times. Consider tightening this up to shave those hundredths. Example
â
----------------------
02/02/2026
Finding the fastest way through a corner isnât always about sticking to the line that feels âjust right.â Sometimes, pushing closer to the apex unlocks hidden speed. Imagine starting wide, aiming your entry toward the curb, and adjusting when you clip the apexâearlier or later, depending on the turnâs demands. On the exit, let the car drift naturally across the track, using every inch of space. Over time, these adjustments become automatic, and once they do, you can fine-tune your approach to shave off even more time.
Extra -
You are often lifting off too much in high speed corners. This is a sign of lack of confidence and commitment. To be fast you have to trust the car and the downforce at speed. Try to maintain less of a liftt in some of these corners - sometimes it is actually better for stability. Example

Good job with your braking points. You've clearly got some good reference markers. Well done and best of luck with the next assignment.
Extra -
Currently, you aren't using enough of the inside kerb. This means you are traveling slightly further in each corner and generally have to spend longer rotating the car. You are also steering too much in some corners which causes understeer. Understeer is when the front tyres lose grip before the rear which means your steering inputs are less effective. - example

Great to have you onboard and hope you are ready to do some training! The process is super simple. Every two weeks you'll have an assigned task which your instructor will set based on our training schedule. Each task will be an important driving technique that you'll need to master in order to progress to the next discipline.
Having assessed and written hundreds of training plans, Track Titan instructors have analysed our drivers achievements and pitfalls and the results show that a consistent application of the driving techniques is crucial to progressing as a good, fast and safe driver. Therefore, every two weeks you'll be tested for consistency and quality of the chosen technique. If the instructor feels that more time on track is required to progress then no problem, hone your skills, dig deep and you'll soon pass to the next discipline.
We have assigned you a turnover day, the instructors will then assess your driving and provide your score for the assigned task and your progress. This will be vary, but is normally available within one to three days.
Please follow the advice in the assigned task and practice this race technique as much as you can in the next fortnight. We require 30-50 laps in this period to give you a good assessment of your driving. Remember, referring back to the reference lap and in particular the telemetry data to see how you need to perform to perfect a skill will aid your progress and competence.
The Instructors will look through the sessions and laps you have completed over the last fourteen days. Priority will be given to hot lapping and time trial laps if available. We understand that with changing conditions (tyre wear, weather, fuel load etc.) the ability to perform consistently and with quality similar to the reference lap alters. This is taken into account with all our assessments. Needless to say, the more laps driven the better your training and practice will be and the better the understanding of your current abilities.
If you have a different motivational goal, please let us know and we'll change it from "Improve driving technique"
Enjoy the training, enjoy the journey.
Good luck and have fun on track đȘ
Yours sincerely,
The Instructors
