Please drive a circuit that has a chicane on it so that we can look at your chicane skills and assess your latest plan. Zolder is a great track to try out a number of different styles of chicanes.

When it comes to the chicanes in particular there are some key areas we can look to improve. In particular you typically enter the corner quite a bit slower than you could do. When looking at the reference lap it is often because you are not committing and cutting the apexes as much as you could be, especially on the way in. Of course this is a fine balance but it looks like there is more on the table. The straighter the line you can get away with will allow you to carry the most speed through the back to back corners.
Extra -
You are braking too early and lightly, reducing your speed significantly earlier than optimal and costing you a considerable amount of time. Try braking at a later point and with more pressure so you can carry more speed under braking but also slow down the extra speed quicker, gaining you more time as a result of just carrying more speed into the braking zone. - Example

Please drive more laps. It isn't possible to get a fair and true reflection of this assessment without at least 30-50 laps being completed. The instructors are ready to help you when you are ready.
Good luck and have fun on track 💪

Please drive a track like Zolder or Monza so we can analyse your driving in a multitude of different corner/chicane types. Great driving otherwise. Once we tick this box we will be onto the next one in no time.
Extra - You are lifting off too much in the right hander, costing you a considerable amount of time as your speed is significantly lower than optimal. Try apply a bit more throttle input so you can maintain a higher minimum speed through the corner, gaining you more time overall as a result. - Example

The fundamental skills that you are learning at the moment have been relatively good, you have taken a lot on board. You are braking too early though which means you are coming off the high speeds too early, this is affecting your lap times, try to get to 100% brake pressure quicker as slowing your car down rapidly means more time at higher speeds on the straights. Later assessments will push this skill more but the earlier it starts to click the faster you'll get.
Extra - You are too slow getting back on throttle on corner exits, costing you a lot of time as a result of your exit speed being affected significantly. Try get back on throttle earlier so you can carry a quicker acceleration out of the corner, gaining you more time overall. - Example

Good corner gear choices. It is often the case that people change down too far in a belief that it will be faster however, you nailed this. So you've reached a milestone - well done! Your next weeks training, will be assessed on how well you perform with all the plans that you have driven so far. You are currently doing really well and should find this straight forward, just strive to increase your consistency and push for slightly quicker lap times. Good luck!
Extra - You are often braking too early, causing you to have to brake lighter to avoid being too slow for the corner, but you are already slowing down earlier before the ideal braking point, costing you time as a result. Try braking at a later point and with more pressure, so you can carry more speed under braking but also to slow down the extra speed more efficiently, gaining you more time overall. - Example

Your braking is looking good. There are places you could improve but in general you follow the power and speed of the reference driver well. Try to be a bit smoother on the pedal and avoid pumping the brake which can unsettle the car. Keep it up and look forward to reviewing your gearing next.
Extra - You are sometimes braking too early, causing a significant dip in your speed before the ideal braking point, costing you time as a result of the lower speed on the straight. Try braking at a later point and with more pressure, so you can carry more speed under braking and also slow down that speed more efficiently, which will gain you a lot of time as a result. - Example

Very nice. Tight to the kerb on the majority of the segments (where needed). Keep up the laps, amazing work and looking forward to see how you perform on the next assigned task.
Extra - You are entering some of the hairpins with a very narrow line, causing your speed to be significantly lower than optimal and costing you time, as you are unable to carry the ideal speed through the corner in order to not run off track. Try start further on the outside of the track to take a wider entry into the corner, allowing you to maintain a higher minimum speed and gain more time. - Example

We are ready to assess your practice from last week. Please provide us some laps and we'll check again on your next turnover day. To really learn a track in Sim racing, from our analysis of users data between 30-50 laps in a week are required to improve significantly (depending on track length).
The next Instructor notes will be provided when we have sessions to review. Thanks, and looking forward to seeing your improvements. 😁

There are times when you hit the apex perfectly, nice and tight with a good line out of the corner. However, there are too many times when you are not pushing this enough and there is still room to get tighter on the apex. Remember start wide on the entry kerb, sight your apex (late or early apex) and then accelerate so that you need to use the full width of the track. A little more practice and you'll get that feeling for each corner. At that point more experimentation can be done to tweak for small improvements. Try to get a few more laps - a minimum of 20 really is needed to start to see improvements.
Extra - You are braking too late, which causes you to carry too much speed and overshoot the corner, missing the apex completely. Try adjusting to an earlier braking point to avoid running wide and allowing you to hit the apex. - Example

Sorry for the delay on the update.
This is a bit of a close pass, but still a pass nonetheless, well done!
In general, you're braking just a tad bit early, but that's alright for now given your level of experience. There are however quite a few segments where you're lifting off the throttle early and a bit hesitant on the brakes. Also you're often not braking hard enough, causing you to brake early. Try to review your telemetry and work on these things in the future.
We can work on brake pressure and trailbraking over the next few weeks to improve lap time further. Take a look at the way the reference driver smoothly bleeds off the brakes when going into a corner. This is better for weight transfer and overall grip.
Extra - It looks like you're trying to be smooth on the throttle, but it's noticeable that you're rather hesitant in several parts of the corners. That'll result in the car's weight shifting around, which can make it not handle the way it's supposed to. It can also put you in a position where you're carrying too much speed at the mid-corner phase, which then costs you time at the corner exit (example).
There are a few things you need to practise:
Good luck on track!

Great to have you onboard and hope you are ready to do some training! The process is super simple. Every two weeks you'll have an assigned task which your instructor will set based on our training schedule. Each task will be an important driving technique that you'll need to master in order to progress to the next discipline.
Having assessed and written hundreds of training plans, Track Titan instructors have analysed our drivers achievements and pitfalls and the results show that a consistent application of the driving techniques is crucial to progressing as a good, fast and safe driver. Therefore, every two weeks you'll be tested for consistency and quality of the chosen technique. If the instructor feels that more time on track is required to progress then no problem, hone your skills, dig deep and you'll soon pass to the next discipline.
We have assigned you a turnover day, the instructors will then assess your driving and provide your score for the assigned task and your progress. This will be vary, but is normally available within one to three days.
Please follow the advice in the assigned task and practice this race technique as much as you can in the next fortnight. We require 30-50 laps in this period to give you a good assessment of your driving. Remember, referring back to the reference lap and in particular the telemetry data to see how you need to perform to perfect a skill will aid your progress and competence.
The Instructors will look through the sessions and laps you have completed over the last fourteen days. Priority will be given to hot lapping and time trial laps if available. We understand that with changing conditions (tyre wear, weather, fuel load etc.) the ability to perform consistently and with quality similar to the reference lap alters. This is taken into account with all our assessments. Needless to say, the more laps driven the better your training and practice will be and the better the understanding of your current abilities.
If you have a different motivational goal, please let us know and we'll change it from "Improve driving technique"
Enjoy the training, enjoy the journey.
Good luck and have fun on track 💪
Yours sincerely,
The Instructors
