There were quite a few errors that need addressing. Firstly look closely at your gear choices, has there were many times that you drop into too low a gear. This will be impacting your lap times significantly. Braking points were generally good, a few mistakes but your need to keep an eye on how quickly you brake. This was sometimes too slow. Enjoy the high downforce car and trust its stopping power. A bit more practice, especially on your gear choices and you'll be moving onto your next plan.
Extra - You are often dropping one or two gears lower than optimal, causing the engine braking to slow the car down further than necessary and costing you a considerable amount of time as a result. Try and use a higher gear to avoid the engine braking overslowing the car, and allowing you to carry more speed through the corner, gaining you more time overall. - Example

Unfortunately, this is still not a pass. You had some good segments, but there were too many instances where you didn't get all the previous learnt skills right.
Firstly look closely at your gear choices, has there were many times that you drop into too low a gear. This will be impacting your lap times significantly. Braking points were generally good, a few mistakes that were enough to make you miss apexes. Also, you were often braking too hard in fast corners where you need a lighter touch on the brakes. This also contributes to missing apexes. A bit more practice, especially on your braking and you'll be moving onto your next plan.
Extra - Segment 8 and 9 at Misano are always difficult to get right, but there are some changes you can make to be more consistent. First, you need to start your preparation on segment 8. These corners are quite easy at full throttle, but at the segment exit you need to use all of the track and be all over the exit kerb. Now on segment 9, using a lot of width at the entry, lightly brushing the kerb will allow you to carry more speed through the corner. You can brake early here to give the car an opportunity to settle down, gradually release the brakes until you're near the apex and let the car run wide again at the exit to also widen the racing line into the hairpin.
Getting this right takes a bit of practice so keep your chin up!

A bit of a close pass, but a pass nonetheless. Well done! Good corner gear choices in general. Sometimes you are one gear off the reference lap, try testing with the different cars that you drive whether you have the control choosing a different gear. Try and compare the deltas to get a feeling for whether there is a big difference on your lap times.
So you've reached a milestone - well done! Your next weeks training, will be assessed on how well you perform with all the plans that you have driven so far. You are currently doing really well and should find this straight forward, just strive to increase your consistency and push for slightly quicker lap times. Good luck! Time to bring all that you've learnt together now in the next assessment.
Extra - There are a few segments where you need to use more track - Example. The goal is to make the corner as wide as possible to be able to carry more speed through it. To do that, you need to stay right on the edge of the track on the approach to the corner, stay wide until you reach a good turn-in point, then aim for the apex. On the exit the goal is usually the same: start accelerating near the apex and aim to go as wide as you can without going over the track limits. Don't be afraid to try to get on the kerbs, you can gain a lot of time by using them!
Doing this will also give you a better feeling on the track, understanding its flow and allowing for a smoother and faster experience overall.

A little bit more work is needed here. Too often you are one gear off the reference lap, there is time left on the table when you are doing this. Try to remember the gearing choices of the reference lap and test where you are able to control the car better in this gear and you'll notice your segment deltas should be improving as well.
Extra - You're still approaching corners on a shallow entry, compromising your entry. As well as braking too late, you end up overshooting the corner due to carrying too much speed for the corner, costing you a considerable amount of time. You are also too slow getting back on throttle on corner exits due to the error under braking, causing your exit speed to be compromised and costing you a significant amount of time as a result. Try braking earlier to avoid overshooting the corner, and position your car towards the outside of the track much more before braking, to give you the highest minimum speed through the corner possible, gaining you more time overall. By opening the corner more, you'll be able to clip the apex better, which also will let you get back on the throttle earlier, giving you a higher exit speed. - Example

Could you please record more laps? We need about 30 to 50 to get a good read of how you are doing. The instructors are here to help whenever you're ready. Good luck, and hope you have a good time on the track!
Extra - Currently, you need to use more track on the corner entry and also on the approach. Your current line is costing you corner speed and giving you a worse angle of attack into the corner, to the point that you're missing apexes - Example. The goal is usually to make the corner radius as wide as possible to carry more speed through it. For that, the general rule is that you need to stay as wide as possible at the corner entry, hit the apex and then aim for a wide exit. Corner complexes are an exception for this rule since you need to make some sacrifices there.
During your practice sessions, try to practise exploring the track limits without going over the lines and invalidating your laps. Good luck!

A little bit more work is needed here. Too often you are one gear off the reference lap, there is time left on the table when you are doing this. Try to remember the gearing choices of the reference lap and test where you are able to control the car better in this gear and you'll notice your segment deltas should be improving as well.
Extra - You are sometimes a gear too low for the corner, sometimes you are going into first gear, causing the engine braking to kick in and reduce your speed significantly more than optimal and costing you a lot of time as a result, as the gear is too low for the corner, and the speed that it should be taken at is unreachable in first gear. Have a look at the reference lap and try adjust your gearing for the corners to see how much time you get by keeping it in a higher gear, allowing you to carry more speed through the corner. - Example

Well done, your braking is looking very good in the heavy braking zones. Be careful how much pressure you apply on fast sweeping corners, it is important not to lose too much speed by braking too heavily, generally you are OK at this but a couple of mistakes were visible. Occasionally you were applying the brakes when not needed. A quick check back at the reference lap will really help find these little wins. Next up is your first acceleration technique, good luck and keep knocking out those laps! đź’Ş
Extra - You're missing quite a few apexes in multiple sessions, mainly due to braking too late (example). A good method to learning braking points in a new track is to first drive a few slower laps and as your knowledge of the track increases, start pushing a bit more and braking progressively later. Once you start missing apexes, dial it back a bit more and work from there.
It's really important to get the apexes and exits right first so you can approach each corner consistently with the same speed. That way you have less variables to worry about and you can test different braking points more accurately.

Sorry for the delay on the update.
A nice improvement, well done! You are hitting most of your apex's. The smoother you can be with your racing line the more you can distribute grip to all four tyres. There are a few areas you can tweak over time on your entry and exit lines but you are starting to learn the clipping points mid-corner. Keep it up! You just need to apply this on every corner.
Extra - You need to use more track in almost every corner, both at the entry and exit. Example

There are times when you hit the apex perfectly, nice and tight with a good line out of the corner. However, there are too many times when you are not pushing this enough and there is still room to get tighter on the apex. Remember start wide on the entry kerb, sight your apex (late or early apex) and then accelerate so that you need to use the full width of the track. A little more practice and you'll get that feeling for each corner. At that point more experimentation can be done to tweak for small improvements. Try to get a few more laps - a minimum of 20 really is needed to start to see improvements.
Extra - You are braking early for Turn 4 at Brands Hatch, but then you come off the brakes entirely, causing you to carry too much speed and overshoot the corner. Try adjusting to a later braking point so you can carry more speed under braking, gradually easing off them as you approach the apex. This will allow you to avoid needing a complete lift off the brakes just to carry more speed, as the later braking will allow you to enter with more speed. - Example
----------------------
26/03/2026
Finding the fastest way through a corner isn’t always about sticking to the line that feels “just right.” Sometimes, pushing closer to the apex unlocks hidden speed. Imagine starting wide, aiming your entry toward the curb, and adjusting when you clip the apex—earlier or later, depending on the turn’s demands. On the exit, let the car drift naturally across the track, using every inch of space. Over time, these adjustments become automatic, and once they do, you can fine-tune your approach to shave off even more time.
Extra - Your racing line is too conservative. At Zandvoort, you take a middle line for most of the lap, however, you are not going towards the apex, which is costing you time. On the exit, you can use the full width of the track on the outside. You often exit the corner towards the middle of the track, which hinders your speed on the exit significantly, especially for the corners before the straights. Try start on the outside of the track, then aim towards the apex of the corner, and then on the exit, open the wheel more to get towards the edge of the track. - Example

Very nice, your braking points are good, but there is a bit more improvement to make, so keep working at this. It is always important to get your braking points nailed; it builds the rest of the corner.
Important! Be careful how much pressure you apply on fast sweeping corners, it is important not to loose too much speed by braking too heavily.
Next up is your first racing line technique, good luck and keep knocking out those laps! đź’Ş
Extra - Very important to look at any area where you can avoid lifting off the throttle. In this section, as the example, this small lift at this point before the long straight is costing you so much time. Quick wins like this are your best bet to get your lap times down significantly to start with - example

Please do more laps. You need between 30 to 50 to really see how you're doing. Our trainers are here to help whenever. Good luck and have fun out there!
Extra - You're carrying less speed through the turn by missing the optimal apex. Make a habit of exploiting every inch of tarmac on the way in, at the clipping point, and on the way out when traction and stability allow it. Example

Great to have you onboard and hope you are ready to do some training! The process is super simple. Every two weeks you'll have an assigned task which your instructor will set based on our training schedule. Each task will be an important driving technique that you'll need to master in order to progress to the next discipline.
Having assessed and written hundreds of training plans, Track Titan instructors have analysed our drivers achievements and pitfalls and the results show that a consistent application of the driving techniques is crucial to progressing as a good, fast and safe driver. Therefore, every two weeks you'll be tested for consistency and quality of the chosen technique. If the instructor feels that more time on track is required to progress then no problem, hone your skills, dig deep and you'll soon pass to the next discipline.
We have assigned you a turnover day, the instructors will then assess your driving and provide your score for the assigned task and your progress. This will be vary, but is normally available within one to three days.
Please follow the advice in the assigned task and practice this race technique as much as you can in the next fortnight. We require 30-50 laps in this period to give you a good assessment of your driving. Remember, referring back to the reference lap and in particular the telemetry data to see how you need to perform to perfect a skill will aid your progress and competence.
The Instructors will look through the sessions and laps you have completed over the last fourteen days. Priority will be given to hot lapping and time trial laps if available. We understand that with changing conditions (tyre wear, weather, fuel load etc.) the ability to perform consistently and with quality similar to the reference lap alters. This is taken into account with all our assessments. Needless to say, the more laps driven the better your training and practice will be and the better the understanding of your current abilities.
If you have a different motivational goal, please let us know and we'll change it from "Improve driving technique"
Enjoy the training, enjoy the journey.
Good luck and have fun on track đź’Ş
Yours sincerely,
The Instructors
