Improve to racing skills and league position.

Great to get this first session in. Hopefully the data will be cleaner for your 2nd session. There is a lot that can be seen to bring those lap times down. A couple of the mistakes can be easy to alter whilst the 3rd mistake will take more practice.
On your next track (or continuing at Spa, try to remember the gearing of the reference lap for each segment. If necessary write them all down. After driving 3 laps, compare your gearing to the gears you've written down. Head out onto the track again and force yourself to apply the same gearing. You can say you've nailed this when you've managed 10 laps achieving the same gearing. Your lap times will most likely drop a little as well.

There are many situations on track where it is better to run the car in a higher gear to gain full potential from the engine.
This mistake happens a lot, 31% of your mistakes can be attributed to this.
An example can be found in Segment 1. Notice how the reference lap chooses to get into each gear quicker than yourself.
You'll be surprised how much time can be lost by being in the wrong gear. Very important to test this, either by referring to the reference lap or by looking at the deltas when you drive. Carrying speed and staying in a higher gear can often be the difference of 0.3 - 0.5 seconds on your lap time!

You often brake a tad later than the reference lap which means you overshoot the corner and lose a ton of time on the exit and gain very little on the entry. Try to be more patient and see where the reference laps brakes to optimise your braking point.
19% of all of your mistakes are due to braking too late.
An example in segment 10, chicane technique is a little different to other cornering techniques.
Here is a good recommended video that teaches chicane fundamentals.

You often reduce your corner speed more than you have to by staying on the brakes for too long.
A bit more than 18% of your mistakes are related to this so it's worth paying attention to.
A good example can be found in segment 11.
More time spent on the brakes is time added to your lap. There is a very fine balance between too little braking and too much. By using the reference lap and getting a good feel for your brake you'll be begin to be able to start practicing in a useful and educated way. Listen to the tyres and try to sense when the car is losing control. All facets of driving that will bring those lap times down
