Improve race technique and drive without assists.

Good to see you back on track1 Your times are looking good. A couple of new mistakes are coming up which need to be looked at.
Getting your gearing right is technically easy so is a good one to concentrate on to bring your lap times down. Follow the 'Lear to improve' section and just like the braking points, remember the corner gear that is needed to maximise control and most importantly allowing you to maintain as quick as possible speed throughout the corner. Take this still and combine with beginning to trail braking will really help.

There are many situations on track where it is better to run the car in a higher gear to gain full potential from the engine.
Gearing errors in general accounted for over 21% of your total errors.
An example can be found in segment 2. If you check the gear number (inside the wheel graphic), you drop to first gear whilst the reference lap stays in 3rd.
Write down the corner names (or use T1 etc) and the lowest gear, found from the reference map. Try to memorise and repeat on track. This will help to force out your bad habits.

Remember that 100% throttle is were the speed comes from. The straights are so important, especially on a high speed circuit like Monza.
22% of all of your mistakes are due to getting to 100% too slowly. Similar to last week
An example in segment 3, getting to full throttle will be quicker and can shave up to three tenths off your time.
There is no easy solutions here, controlled aggression and nailing your racing line will all help to push you to 100% throttle quicker. Try to get out the habit of on/off with the throttle, always look for a smooth motion. It is better to build this up and than to learn bad habits.

When you start braking earlier and finishing braking later, there is a mistake to be looked at. Even though you didn't brake as hard, it still cost you time.
Also around 15% of your mistakes focused on braking for too long.
Segment 2 is a good example which shows that you are at 100% braking for longer than the reference lap. This results in slowing the car too much when not necessary
Trail braking is a great skill to start learning early on, it often is the optimal method for taking a corner and allowing you to reduce the amount of time that you are full throttle. Check out this video to make sure you are doing it right.
