Improve driving technique.

And we are off! Nice start. Interesting mistakes are highlighted for you. Not the standard ones that most people have but plenty of areas where time can be shaved off your laps. As you mentioned the braking is the biggest area to be address and that is where your assigned task will concentrate.
Check out the playlist on our youTube channel. The tips on braking points can be a perfect place to start learning a track well enough to really benefit from the finer details that are discussed below. Be patient as a common mistake is eagerness to accelerate too early. On most corners, try to wait for the apex then quickly accelerate to 100%.
By braking a bit early you'll be able to concentrate on your racing lines and actually start to take the optimal lines. This will also help with your consistency. Take a good amount of time to break down the segments and really learn where you are braking too late. Write down your worst 4 corners and concentrate on nailing the braking points. By braking just that little bit earlier will set you up for a great turn in and allow you to be on the throttle on time so that you can maximise your speed through the corners and achieve a speedy exit.

Full throttle is where the speed is. As long as you have control, the general aim is to get to full throttle as quickly as possible.
With 18% of your mistakes arising from 'late to full throttle', it is now important to study this area.
Look at segment 9. You achieve full throttle quite a long time after the reference lap. The keenness to get on the throttle and having to come completely off the gas, probably cost you a two tenths.
Take a moment to watch one of our videos that emphasises the need to get to full throttle quickly. Think smooth but fast, on /off the throttle will nearly always be slower than quick and smooth.

If you find you have entered into a corner too fast and feel that there is a risk you might not be able to remain on the track, trail braking can help. However, there is much more time to be gained on corner exit especially when it leads onto a long fast section.
Nearly 14% of your errors are a result of braking too late.
Segment 10 highlights clearly the benefit of getting on the brakes a little sooner so that you can get the power down and enjoy the relatively fast section afterwards.
Brake a little earlier than normal, just slight adjustments to your braking point and check your deltas to see if the extra speed is beneficial over the following segments.

Fairly self explanatory, too long on the brakes slows the car more than necessary, thereby affecting lap performance.
About 14% of all of your mistakes can be categorised as staying on the brakes too long. With 39% of your errors related to braking.
Take segment 4 you'll notice that you have a new trail brake but you remain on the brake a little too long.
It is important to trust your speed through the corners and continually test the limits of the car. Use your senses to gauge tire traction and note how early you can come off the brakes. When you get to these minutiae, experimentation and development of muscle memory on each corner is needed. Churning out the laps but with a definitive plan is necessary
