Improve race technique and consistency.

There is more time to be found and this is going to come from hard, focused practice. Both your braking and throttle work suffer from the same issue therefore, with practice, you should see improvements to both these disciplines.
Start at a very slow speed and build up. The aim of the exercise it is to avoid the desire to push and lift too much. As you advance to each corner, set your exit point and convince yourself that you don't need to lift at all. If you go off track then start the next exit phase just a little bit later. We are trying to get out of the habit that you are falling into with the brakes and throttle. It will take a while but think 'always accelerating' or 'always braking'.

Braking as late as possible requires you to apply the brakes consistently and thoughtfully. Coming on and off the brakes does not just increase your braking distance; it also negatively affects the car's balance and makes it more likely to under- or oversteer.
With 16% of all of your mistakes being this one, it is still a relatively common mistake and easily fixed with more practice.
If you look at segment 2, you come fully off the brakes to 40% then apply them back to just over 70% again. Check back through your laps, it occurred more than just once.
We have a few good resources on braking on our YouTube site. With your good lap times this is just a quick step back to the basics to reaffirm the need for smooth brake and throttle control.

Getting to 100% throttle is telling us, that as a driver there little else we can do to push the car on the straight. By getting to 100% throttle the car can get to its highest potential speed sooner and thus bring those lap times down.
24% of all of your mistakes are due to getting to 100% too slowly. Similar to your previous plans.
An example in segment 10, getting to full throttle will be quicker and can shave up to half a second off your time.
Be patient about when you get on the throttle, too early and you'll understeer and fail to stay on track (or have to lift). To late and you are missing the potential. As well as this it is important to really be determined to quickly put your foot down. When the wheel is straight, this is when you'll have the best opportunity to quickly accelerate. It is important to feel when the car is accelerating and how the tires are reacting. Many drivers save this thought process only for the braking phase.

As you progress through your training. There will be key techniques that continue to pop up. This one is relatively easy to fix.
Nearly 10% of your errors are related to your gear choice.
Segment 8 demonstrates how dropping to third gear is costing you a significant amount of time.
If one segment is much worse than the rest on a clean lap there is a fair chance it is due to the choice of gears. A quick sort on lap time page then check the slow segment and see if you are dropping down to too low a gear.
