Improve race technique and consistency.

Some errors are definitely becoming better and the more you drive these tracks you'll find that you will be developing your racing technique. Learning to improve is often 'two steps forward one step back' as mistakes come and go as you try to improve other aspects of your driving.
Throttle work is so important for achieving fast lap times. Practicing your throttle control will result in numerous crashes and it is important to keep at it and keep pushing the car. It is only when the car / driver feels that they are driving at their limit will the fastest times come. Drive 5 laps, starting at 90% and try to work up to your speed over those laps. Remember to concentrate on your acceleration out of the corner. Push yourself until you spin out. Then start again. The more that you repeat the skill the better you'll become to really get the feeling of driving on the edge.

Being too early on the throttle is a contradictory mistake. You want to get the full gas quickly but not at the expense of possible wheel spin or having to come off the gas.
A significant mistake with 23% of your errors through this training session.
This is a perfect example of how your desire to reach full throttle quickly is actually costing you time on the track. Segment 5, shows us that the early application of the throttle was too much and you had to 'back off' a little before getting to full throttle.
Each time that there a lift or dab, it indicates a lack of smoothness. Very hard to achieve perfection but any time that you have a change that is more than 10% pressure needs to be looked at.

Remember that 100% throttle is were the speed comes from. The straights are so important, especially on a high speed circuit like Monza.
22% of all of your mistakes are due to getting to 100% too slowly. Similar to last week
An example in segment 10, getting to full throttle will be quicker and can shave up to three tenths off your time.
There is no easy solutions here, controlled aggression and nailing your racing line will all help to push you to 100% throttle quicker. Try to get out the habit of on/off with the throttle, always look for a smooth motion. It is better to build this up and than to learn bad habits.

A mistake that was seen in your first week of training. Keep at it, learn those braking points and trust your car. I can see improvements
With 20% of your errors coming from braking too early.
Segment 5 is good example of where you are slowing your car down too much. This is also causing a slower Segment 6.
With only a few laps completed at Monza, it would be difficult for you to have tested and perfected your braking points. The better you get, the quicker this process is. The more testing and fine tuning will really show its benefits.
