Improve driving technique and think about entering some leagues.

Only 3 corners were more than a tenth slower than the reference lap. This is very good and a few adjustments to your braking point and this should come down further. These 3 segments were the chicane segments so really concentrate on your acceleration out of these corners. Try short shifting or staying one gear higher. An easy experiment and you might be surprised!
Practice that first chicane. Using a time trial session, try and bring the segment difference down to less than 0.15 secs. Don't be afraid to restart each time your fail until you get a good feeling for the chicane. Repeat until you are regularly achieving a 0.15 seconds difference to the reference lap. Then move onto the next corner.

Early braking creates a problem that the corner isn't being optimised, nor the previous straight. Prefect your braking point and the segment times will drop.
Nearly 20% of your errors are a result of braking too early.
Segment 4 highlights that you are getting on the brakes too early here.
Pin point accuracy and consistency is required but hard to achieve at Monza with the fast straights and tricky chicanes. Delay just a little on the brakes to squeeze an extra tenth or two out of the straights. Your trail braking is good and will allow you even more control over the car when you brake later.

Often referred to a the prime goal of every racing driver. Getting to 100% throttle is essential to create and give yourself maximum time to get those top speeds on the straights.
With 22% of your mistakes coming from 'late to full throttle', we have to keep pushing this.
Look at segment 6. The reference lap is getting more throttle down than you at this stage, especially in the middle part of the acceleration phase. This translates into your time in segment 7 as well, ony a little but it all counts.
Be extremely conscious of when you are on the throttle and when you just ease off, even if it just a little bit. You do well in segment 6 but there is still room to accelerate just that little bit quicker.

Getting on the speed earlier requires as much width to maximise the lineal acceleration compared with the struggle of lateral pressures of the corner.
A bit more than 8% of your mistakes are related to this.
Check out how you are positioned on and through segment 5. Your corner radius is steeper than the reference lap thus a little time is being lost.
Whenever you are looking to exploit a little bit more time out of the track, it is important to test the kerbs and see how much and at what angle driving / accelerating on them is possible. Practice is the perfect time here as mistakes will be made. Remember there will be times in your races that you might be forced onto the kerb and if you are unsure of its characteristics then it could be fatal for your race.
