Improve race technique and consistency.

There is time to be found and this is going to come from hard, focused practice. Firstly, it is important to sort your braking points out. Currently you are braking too early and this will affect every aspect of your corner strategy.
Avoid a 'gentle start' to your braking when entering a corner. We are looking for a forceful, quick brake, usually to 100%. Your main consideration is understanding the traction of your tyres to avoid skidding. Any amount of early braking or gentle braking will dig into your lap times. If you are struggling to hit the same braking point then you need to ensure your wheel is straight and that you are starting to develop a trail braking strategy for braking into the corner, as well as braking on entry.

It goes without saying that braking later reduces your lap time(assuming you make the corner). Even corners where the reference lap approaches the braking phase at a higher speed, you sometimes brake earlier. Focus on keeping your steering wheel straight to be able to brake as late as possible.
20% of the mistakes this week were due to braking too early and not quickly enough.
A perfect example can be seen through segment 3.
As you practice the laps and start to learn your braking points. Compare regularly against the reference lap to see if you can afford to start braking a little later without sacrificing exit speeds. Remember it is all about retaining your pace through the corner and understanding where compromises can be taken to get the speed on when you hit the fast sections.

Getting to 100% throttle is telling us, that as a driver there little else we can do to push the car on the straight. By getting to 100% throttle the car can get to its highest potential speed sooner and thus bring those lap times down.
8% of all of your mistakes are due to getting to 100% too slowly. Similar to your previous plans.
An example in segment 6, getting to full throttle will be quicker and can shave up to two tenths of your time.
Be patient about when you get on the throttle, too early and you'll understeer and fail to stay on track (or have to lift). To late and you are missing the potential. As well as this it is important to really be determined to quickly put your foot down. When the wheel is straight, this is when you'll have the best opportunity to quickly accelerate. It is important to feel when the car is accelerating and how the tires are reacting. Many drivers save this thought process only for the braking phase.

As you progress through your training. There will be key techniques that continue to pop up. This one is relatively easy to fix.
Nearly 10% of your errors are related to your gear choice.
Segment 6 demonstrates how dropping to fifth gear is costing you a significant amount of time.
If one segment is much worse than the rest on a clean lap there is a fair chance it is due to the choice of gears. A quick sort on lap time page then check the slow segment and see if you are dropping down to too low a gear.
