Conclusion
Particularly at the start of the lap, you have some nice lines and your braking is very good. As you go through the lap though, you seem to lose throttle control. Particularly in sector 3, I can see a lot of stabbing inputs while cornering, and this will be a major hinderance on how fast you can actually turn, or the lines that you can use.
Set Up Advice
A uniquely undulating circuit like this requires suspension that can handle it. Try to keep the suspension medium to firm, but make sure that the rear is soft enough to compensate for losing grip over all the crests. Because of all the medium speed corners, aero is usually around medium as well. All in all, try to balance all the setup options to get the most out of the lap.

Segment 1 - "Primeira"
☐ To begin the lap, your positioning and line throughout is very nicely done. Your brake trace looks great too, but you brake too early compared to the reference lap, meaning your minimum speed is lower and comes earlier, slowing you down overall. You also take the corner one gear higher than the reference lap, which could promote understeer and force you to drive slower anyway. Because of braking early, your acceleration also comes early, and it causes you to lift off slightly a short while later. Try to push your braking and your minimum speed point later, and this will help preserve speed and give you a better opportunity to accelerate.
Segment 2 - "Lagos"
☐ I can already see that you're on a wider entry line to this corner, which seems to be a better setup than the reference lap. You brake at the exact same point, but you lift off the brakes sooner, before a little correction to add slightly more braking again. I also see a blip of the throttle here as well, and this means that you understeer wide on exit. You don't want to run the car to the exit here, because you need to go as straight as you can over the harsh hill that follows. Other than this, you had set the corner up very nicely.
Segment 3
☐ Your line through the last corner means that you've had to lift off more than the reference lap as you crest the hill. Try to make sure to go as straight as you can over this hill, it will help you to accelerate much easier.
Segment 4 - "Torre Vip"
☐ You have actually braked later than the reference lap, and it seemed to be an ideal point, but you begin to ease off the brakes, which pushes you wide at the apex. This means that you have a much harder time accelerating, and this is where the time is being lost. If you held the brakes slightly longer, you would be able to drive to the apex and get a good acceleration out of the corner.
Segment 5
☐ The reference lap here has a very small brake, and yours is slightly more harsh. This makes your apex speed quite a bit lower, so try to build up the confidence to carry more speed through here.
Segment 6 - "Samsung"
☐ Your braking comes early here, but I notice that there's a brief lift off the brakes before you're back on them again. This means that there's definitely room to brake later and harder, minimising the time you spend off the throttle. Speaking of throttle, there are a lot of throttle movements going on here, and this won't help you turn at all. Make sure that you only apply the throttle once on the exit, and make sure it's always smooth. You could also take a late apex to straighten your acceleration zone, this will help get more grip on the way up the hill.
Segment 7 - "Craig Jones"
☐ This segment is driven flat out.
Segment 8 - "Portimão"
☐ Similarly to segment 6, your braking is early and I can see you lift off before applying the brakes again. For a corner like this it's more acceptable, but it still has a likelihood of causing understeer over the crest of the hill. Also make sure that you don't accelerate in between these instances of braking, it could make any understeer worse and it shows that there is an opportunity to brake later. Try to make sure your acceleration is smooth, especially down a hill like this. I see a small lift a little later on, but you don't actually need to lift for a corner like this.
Segment 9
☐ I see a very similar story to segment 8. Your braking comes early but there is a lot of accelerator movements in the meantime. This will create understeer and it seems to push you wide on exit here, which stops you from accelerating properly. Make sure your acceleration is smooth and only when you need to accelerate away from the corner.
Segment 10 - "Sagres"
☐ Because of your bad exit of the previous corner, your slowest part of this corner is the entry. Fittingly, you brake less than the reference lap, but again I see a lot of throttle movement before you even hit the apex. This corner is a long one, so make sure you only start accelerating when you need to, and always be smooth.
Segment 11 - "Gaip"
☐ This segment is driven flat out.
