

You've shown some good lines and smooth power application. There are times when you use the wrong gear for a corner, so try to learn which is the best gear. I once got taught that the right gear is when you need to shift up only once you get to the exit kerb. Shifting early means you could spin, and shifting too late means that you're not getting the most acceleration from the engine. Lastly, try to build confidence on the brakes. Focus on braking later and later each time until you can't hold it on the racing line any more. Use trail braking for some of the longer corners, and aim to make the braking feed smoothly into the turn in each time.
Zandvoort is a tight and narrow track, so there isn't much need for massive straight line speed. It seems like your setup is aimed a bit too much at straight line speed, so try and increase downforce to gain some of the ground through the corners. Maybe sifter suspension could help, although you need to keep your front end responsive enough to be able to turn in quickly as well.

☐ On corner entry, your positioning is great. Your entry speed is around 10kph faster, so your braking comes earlier than the reference lap. However, you release the brakes earlier as well, and you have a small bit of understeer on the way into the corner. You hit the apex earlier and hug the apex longer than the reference lap, but this means that you can't straighten the exit as well as the reference lap. As a result your throttle application comes later and you don't quite make it to the exit kerb. This is a prime corner to employ the trail braking technique; the more you turn, the less you brake. This means that you release the brakes as you turn further into the corner, and means you can carry more speed in. This will also help with your line on exit, allowing you to rotate the car and straighten your exit. Another thing to note is your steering input. It seems that you get a lot of understeer while trying to get down to the apex, so trail braking can help you to get that rotation without needing more steering lock. And lastly, you drive this corner in gear 5, whereas the reference lap uses gear 4. Using this lower gear will help the car to rotate in, helping to eliminate that understeer.
☐ You turn very early for this corner, and this will put you in a bad place for turn 3. Because you turn so early, you have to slow more in order to make the corner. Try to hug the outside kerb for as long as you can before turning in, to better help you set up the following turn. Again, you're one gear higher than the reference lap, so using 5th rather than 6th will help you turn better into the corner.
☐ Because the last corner caused you to slow so much, you have a nice line on the way into the corner, but you go down the track to hit the apex. Due to the banking of the turn, this would make it harder to accelerate out of the turn. It's usually faster to stay between the middle and the top of the track, and this means you can carry more speed into the corner. Try to drive higher around this turn and not slow quite as much. Staying on the high line will help slingshot you out onto the back straight.
☐ Your line is good and there are no lifts. This entire section can be done flat out, but make sure that you can get back to the left hand side of the track to set yourself up for the long downhill right hander.
☐ Because this corner is mostly downhill, it's important to apex early. Understeer is very common on turn in, and I can see you've had that problem as well. You brake less than the reference lap, so it's possible you were carrying a bit too much speed into the corner. You also use gear 7 rather than gear 6, so maybe dropping by one gear will help rotate the car into the apex more. Because of this understeer, you take longer to reach the apex, and by that point the acceleration is slightly too late, meaning you don't use all the road available. Braking and turn in are important here, so once you sort those out, the exit will come naturally.
☐ Your line is good on the way into the corner, but your braking comes early again and you can't accelerate for a long time. There are three main parts to a corner; braking, turn-in, and acceleration. Aim to have all three things happen quickly one after the other. This will limit the amount of time spent not accelerating, and will mean a higher average speed. Because of the delayed acceleration, you don't use all the track on exit, so make sure you focus on getting a good exit.
☐ This section is particularly difficult, the corners are long and have little indication of where to brake, turn, or accelerate. Because of your exit of the last corner, you have a much shallower angle into the turn than the reference lap. It also makes it harder to rotate the car enough, so you end up having to slow down more. You stay in 5th gear here, compared to the reference lap's 3rd gear, again making it harder for you to rotate the car. Try using a lower gear to help with the turn in and also with acceleration out of the corner. Don't be afraid to use all of the track on exit, but make sure you can get back to the right side of the track for turn 10
☐ Your line is much shallower than the reference lap here, and will mean that you have to slow more to complete the turn. I can also see that there are a few instances where you blipped the throttle, and this will make it more likely for the car to understeer wide. You can correct this in future laps by braking slightly later each time. It could also help to trail brake into the corner, helping the car to rotate more. There is a long straight after this, so focus on getting as good of an exit as you can. This means a late apex and as straight of an acceleration zone as you can get.
☐ Your line through these corners is spot on, however you're braking earlier than the reference lap. It seems like you don't need to brake quite so early though, as you release the brakes a long way before turning in fully. You can use the kerb on your left as a good reference point, aim to brake as close to it as you can. Another interesting thing to note is that you're 2 gears higher than the reference lap, and this will mean you have to slow more to rotate the same amount. It will also mean you accelerate much slower, so aim to target a lower gear in future laps.
☐ Again, it seems like your line here is very nearly perfect, but you still apex a little bit early, and you're using too high a gear. There is long straight coming up, so aim to hit the apex a little bit after the midway point of the corner. Accelerate as early as you can and use all the kerb on the exit. Maximising speed here is crucial.
☐ Your line here is almost spot on. For a banked section such as this, you can afford to drive a bit higher than the kerb, this will help slingshot you onto the start/finish straight and set you up for some overtakes in a race situation.
