Good racing line and you are hitting most of your apex's, but there are a couple of segments where you have room to be a bit tighter. Practice trying to take a slightly later apex and see how this affects your deltas. Also have in the back of your mind the angle / direction of the car as you take the apex. The more it is facing in the direction of the coming straight the quicker you'll be able to effectively get on the throttle. Your throttle engagement should generally be within two car lengths of your apex.

Extra - This segment at Suzuka is all about rhythm and getting your racing line right. You'll also need to time your braking inputs right and use very light braking just to slow down a bit and shift the car's weight forward to help with the turn-in. Your racing line if very good, you're maybe just a bit too conservative on the exits. You can probably get away with exiting a bit wider with some higher corner speed, but it's very good that you're prioritising widening the corner entries. However, you need to do the opposite on the last corner of this segment, you pushed the previous exit a bit too wide and on this last corner, you really need to open it's entry to maximise your corner speed and to be able to line up the car better for the right-handers on segment 3 while still at full throttle.
This segment is really on of the trickiest parts of the track, so keep practising and you'll soon improve your results!

Your braking points are looking good, well done. Be careful with your brake pressure through the high speed corners, currently you are using too much and taking off to much speed which costs you time through the corner. We will move onto the next assignment now, good luck and have fun!

Extra - Keep an eye on your gear choice, occasionally you are dropping a gear too low which affects your mid corner and exit speed as you lose time having to shift up again. - example

Great to have you onboard and hope you are ready to do some training! The process is super simple. Every two weeks you'll have an assigned task which your instructor will set based on our training schedule. Each task will be an important driving technique that you'll need to master in order to progress to the next discipline.

Having assessed and written hundreds of training plans, Track Titan instructors have analysed our drivers achievements and pitfalls and the results show that a consistent application of the driving techniques is crucial to progressing as a good, fast and safe driver. Therefore, every two weeks you'll be tested for consistency and quality of the chosen technique. If the instructor feels that more time on track is required to progress then no problem, hone your skills, dig deep and you'll soon pass to the next discipline.

We have assigned you a turnover day, the instructors will then assess your driving and provide your score for the assigned task and your progress. This will be vary, but is normally available within one to three days.

Please follow the advice in the assigned task and practice this race technique as much as you can in the next fortnight. We require 30-50 laps in this period to give you a good assessment of your driving. Remember, referring back to the reference lap and in particular the telemetry data to see how you need to perform to perfect a skill will aid your progress and competence.

The Instructors will look through the sessions and laps you have completed over the last fourteen days. Priority will be given to hot lapping and time trial laps if available. We understand that with changing conditions (tyre wear, weather, fuel load etc.) the ability to perform consistently and with quality similar to the reference lap alters. This is taken into account with all our assessments. Needless to say, the more laps driven the better your training and practice will be and the better the understanding of your current abilities.

If you have a different motivational goal, please let us know and we'll change it from "Improve driving technique"

Enjoy the training, enjoy the journey.

Good luck and have fun on track 💪

Yours sincerely,
The Instructors
