We are ready to assess your practice from last week. Please provide us some laps and we'll check again on your next turnover day. To really learn a track in Sim racing, from our analysis of users data between 30-50 laps in a week are required to improve significantly (depending on track length).
The next Instructor notes will be provided when we have sessions to review. Thanks, and looking forward to seeing your improvements. 😁

Please drive more laps. It isn't possible to get a fair and true reflection of this assessment without at least 30-50 laps being completed. The instructors are ready to help you when you are ready. Good luck and have fun on track

A little bit more work is needed here. Too often you are dropping into a gear too low for the corner, there is time left on the table when you are doing this. Try to remember the gearing choices of the reference lap and test where you are able to control the car better in this gear and you'll notice your segment deltas should be improving as well.
Extra -
You are often in a gear too low for the corner you are in, which means you are not able to carry the same speed as optimal, as the lower gear causes the engine braking to slow the car down to a speed suitable for the gear, however, it is not necessarily suitable for the type of corner. Have a look at the reference lap, and try stay in a higher gear around some of the medium speed corners in particular. - Example

Very nice, be careful how much pressure you apply on fast sweeping corners, it is important not to lose too much speed by braking too heavily, generally you are OK at this but a couple of mistakes were visible. Occasionally you were applying the brakes when not needed. A quick check back at the reference lap will really help find these little wins. Next up is your first acceleration technique, good luck and keep knocking out those laps! 💪
Extra -
In the bus stop chicane at Spa, you eased off the brakes too quickly, which causing you to roll more speed into the chicane and overshoot the corner, compromising your line for the second part of the chicane, and costing you time on the exit as you couldn't carry the same speed on the straight as optimal. Try hold onto the same brake pressure for a bit longer, to get the car slowed down enough to make the corner properly, and so you can maintain a more optimal line overall through the chicane. - Example

Apologises for the delay. Your apexes are really good, well done. Not much to comment on here. We'll move onto the next assignment now. Good luck and have fun!
Extra -
You aren't holding the brakes long enough in some corners which causes understeer. Hold the brakes for a bit longer, to allow the car to rotate more. - example

Hi, apologise for the delay. Your braking points are good, but you need to apply the brakes faster to avoid running wide mid corner. This is good enough for a pass. We will move onto the next skill now. Good luck and have fun!
Extra -
You aren't aggressive enough when getting back on power. Have a look at this linked segment (example) and see how the reference lap quickly applies the throttle, while you apply slowly and carefully. This costs you time under acceleration and down the straights. A bit of work here and you'll see several tenths come off your lap times 💪 - example

Great to have you onboard and hope you are ready to do some training! The process is super simple. Every two weeks you'll have an assigned task which your instructor will set based on our training schedule. Each task will be an important driving technique that you'll need to master in order to progress to the next discipline.
Having assessed and written hundreds of training plans, Track Titan instructors have analysed our drivers achievements and pitfalls and the results show that a consistent application of the driving techniques is crucial to progressing as a good, fast and safe driver. Therefore, every two weeks you'll be tested for consistency and quality of the chosen technique. If the instructor feels that more time on track is required to progress then no problem, hone your skills, dig deep and you'll soon pass to the next discipline.
We have assigned you a turnover day, the instructors will then assess your driving and provide your score for the assigned task and your progress. This will be vary, but is normally available within one to three days.
Please follow the advice in the assigned task and practice this race technique as much as you can in the next fortnight. We require 30-50 laps in this period to give you a good assessment of your driving. Remember, referring back to the reference lap and in particular the telemetry data to see how you need to perform to perfect a skill will aid your progress and competence.
The Instructors will look through the sessions and laps you have completed over the last fourteen days. Priority will be given to hot lapping and time trial laps if available. We understand that with changing conditions (tyre wear, weather, fuel load etc.) the ability to perform consistently and with quality similar to the reference lap alters. This is taken into account with all our assessments. Needless to say, the more laps driven the better your training and practice will be and the better the understanding of your current abilities.
If you have a different motivational goal, please let us know and we'll change it from "Improve driving technique"
Enjoy the training, enjoy the journey.
Good luck and have fun on track 💪
Yours sincerely,
The Instructors
