We are ready to assess your practice from last week. Please provide us some laps and we'll check again on your next turnover day. To really learn a track in Sim racing, from our analysis of users data between 30-50 laps in a week are required to improve significantly (depending on track length).
The next Instructor notes will be provided when we have sessions to review. Thanks, and looking forward to seeing your improvements. 😁

Good corner gear choices. It is often the case that people change down too far in a belief that it will be faster however, you nailed this. So you've reached a milestone - well done! Your next weeks training, will be assessed on how well you perform with all the plans that you have driven so far. You are currently doing really well and should find this straight forward, just strive to increase your consistency and push for slightly quicker lap times. Good luck!
Extra -
You are sometimes braking too early and with a bit less brake pressure, meaning that you have to apply more pressure later in the braking zone to slow the car enough to avoid overshooting the corner. Try adjusting to a slightly later braking zone, and apply the maximum brake pressure in the initial part of the braking, so you can gain time just by carrying more speed under braking. - Example

You're braking techniques have really improved, well done. Just about matching the Esports drivers braking shape and braking point. We'll move onto the next assessment now. Good luck and have fun!
Extra -
Some work is needed with your throttle application. Often you applying the throttle a little early and having to lift off again to make it round the corner which costs you a lot of time through the corner, but also down the following straight. - example

29/12/2025 - 10/03/2026
Please drive more laps. It isn't possible to get a fair and true reflection of this assessment without at least 30-50 laps being completed. The instructors are ready to help you when you are ready.
Good luck and have fun on track 💪

This is unfortunately still not a pass. Sometimes you are showing good technique and other times your braking strength and speed are not where they need to be for that particular corner. This leads to other mistakes in your driving. Try to improve your consistency for the next assessment so we can move past this stage.
Extra - Connected to what was written before, there are a few corners where you're a bit inconsistent with the brake pressure (example). To extract the maximum performance from the brakes, you should hit the pedal sharply at first and quickly hit the needed pressure for that particular corner, then hold the pedal there if needed. Once you start turning into the corner, gradually reduce the brake pressure as you increase the steering angle all the way to the apex (or near it).
Try to brake this way in a single movement instead of multiple up and down inputs.
Good luck!

Amazing job with your apexes. They're looking really good. There are a couple times you can use a meter or two more of the track on exit, but other than that not much to comment on with regards to your racing line. Keep up the good work!
Extra - You are steering too much in most corners. Try to reduce this as it causes understeer and increases tyre wear. If you increase your trail braking a little bit, you'll be able to steer less while taking more speed. This is because when trail braking, the weight will be pushed onto the front tyres which allows them to take a little more speed without slipping. - example

Very nice, your braking points are decent. If anything you do brake slightly early, but that is suited to your level of experience. As you develop we can push those further. There are a few areas we can work on over the coming weeks but you are already making progress. Braking is critical to set up the whole dynamic of a corner. If you don't get this right it is impossible to make up for it with other areas of driving. Next up is your first racing line technique, good luck and keep knocking out those laps! 💪
Extra - Delay getting on the throttle too early, this is causing you to understeer and in turn forcing you to lift off the throttle. Wait a little, then be quicker and smoother with the throttle pedal. Example

Great to have you onboard and hope you are ready to do some training! The process is super simple. Every two weeks you'll have an assigned task which your instructor will set based on our training schedule. Each task will be an important driving technique that you'll need to master in order to progress to the next discipline.
Having assessed and written hundreds of training plans, Track Titan instructors have analysed our drivers achievements and pitfalls and the results show that a consistent application of the driving techniques is crucial to progressing as a good, fast and safe driver. Therefore, every two weeks you'll be tested for consistency and quality of the chosen technique. If the instructor feels that more time on track is required to progress then no problem, hone your skills, dig deep and you'll soon pass to the next discipline.
We have assigned you a turnover day, the instructors will then assess your driving and provide your score for the assigned task and your progress. This will be vary, but is normally available within one to three days.
Please follow the advice in the assigned task and practice this race technique as much as you can in the next fortnight. We require 30-50 laps in this period to give you a good assessment of your driving. Remember, referring back to the reference lap and in particular the telemetry data to see how you need to perform to perfect a skill will aid your progress and competence.
The Instructors will look through the sessions and laps you have completed over the last fourteen days. Priority will be given to hot lapping and time trial laps if available. We understand that with changing conditions (tyre wear, weather, fuel load etc.) the ability to perform consistently and with quality similar to the reference lap alters. This is taken into account with all our assessments. Needless to say, the more laps driven the better your training and practice will be and the better the understanding of your current abilities.
If you have a different motivational goal, please let us know and we'll change it from "Improve driving technique"
Enjoy the training, enjoy the journey.
Good luck and have fun on track 💪
Yours sincerely,
The Instructors
