We are ready to assess your practice from last week. Please provide us some laps and we'll check again on your next turnover day. To really learn a track in Sim racing, from our analysis of users data between 30-50 laps in a week are required to improve significantly (depending on track length).
The next Instructor notes will be provided when we have sessions to review. Thanks, and looking forward to seeing your improvements. 😁

There are some bad corners and some good corners. It is important to braking hard to be able to stretch your braking points. Brake hard and brake deep. Remember to refer back to the reference lap to see how you are doing. Small adjustments are needed all the time. We are only a little way off so we will move on. Each of these plans works on top of the previous one. So don't forget your braking points as we look closer at the apex of each corner. Also, it is important that you don't rest on the brake pedal before you commit to the corner.
Extra -
You are still braking too early, causing you to have to release the brakes fully and then apply them again in the middle of the ideal braking zone to carry some speed, otherwise you would be too slow to take the corner. This is costing you time as you are already too slow on corner entry by braking too early. Try braking at a later point so you can gain more time by carrying more speed under braking, which will also help you with rolling more speed through the corner without needing to release the brake and apply again, which will gain you more time with a higher minimum speed. Have a look at the reference lap and practice braking more later than you are currently doing, and trust that the car will stop for you. - example

There were some good segments but unfortunately too many missed braking points. Practice trying to be consistent. This is best done by driving a little slower than your maximum. Remember your braking points and try to repeat for 3 laps in a row, always trying to be within a second and a half of the lap before. Only when you achieve this try going a little faster. Repeat his process for many laps but don't forget to put back to the analysis to make sure you aren't making any big mistakes. Brake hard and fast, never rest your foot on the brake before committing to the braking point. Good luck and I'm sure with enough laps and the advice above you'll be passing this driving skill.
Extra -
You are not braking at the right points. Sometimes way too early and lightly, sometimes too late, causing you to carry way too much speed, overshooting the corner and crashing into the wall. Have a look at the reference lap to see where you are braking in comparison to yourself, and try braking at an earlier point to avoid overshooting the corner, allowing you to make the apex and gain more time with a higher minimum speed overall. - Example

Great to have you onboard and hope you are ready to do some training! The process is super simple. Every two weeks you'll have an assigned task which your instructor will set based on our training schedule. Each task will be an important driving technique that you'll need to master in order to progress to the next discipline.
Having assessed and written hundreds of training plans, Track Titan instructors have analysed our drivers achievements and pitfalls and the results show that a consistent application of the driving techniques is crucial to progressing as a good, fast and safe driver. Therefore, every two weeks you'll be tested for consistency and quality of the chosen technique. If the instructor feels that more time on track is required to progress then no problem, hone your skills, dig deep and you'll soon pass to the next discipline.
We have assigned you a turnover day, the instructors will then assess your driving and provide your score for the assigned task and your progress. This will be vary, but is normally available within one to three days.
Please follow the advice in the assigned task and practice this race technique as much as you can in the next fortnight. We require 30-50 laps in this period to give you a good assessment of your driving. Remember, referring back to the reference lap and in particular the telemetry data to see how you need to perform to perfect a skill will aid your progress and competence.
The Instructors will look through the sessions and laps you have completed over the last fourteen days. Priority will be given to hot lapping and time trial laps if available. We understand that with changing conditions (tyre wear, weather, fuel load etc.) the ability to perform consistently and with quality similar to the reference lap alters. This is taken into account with all our assessments. Needless to say, the more laps driven the better your training and practice will be and the better the understanding of your current abilities.
If you have a different motivational goal, please let us know and we'll change it from "Improve driving technique"
Enjoy the training, enjoy the journey.
Good luck and have fun on track 💪
Yours sincerely,
The Instructors
