We are ready to assess your practice from last week. Please provide us some laps and we'll check again on your next turnover day. To really learn a track in Sim racing, from our analysis of users data between 30-50 laps in a week are required to improve significantly (depending on track length).
The next Instructor notes will be provided when we have sessions to review. Thanks, and looking forward to seeing your improvements. 😁

Please drive more road tracks. It isn't possible to get a fair and true reflection of this assessment with you only driving ovals. The instructors are ready to help you when you are ready. Good luck and have fun on track!!

Fantastic racing line and you are hitting nearly all of your apexes. Great job using the whole width of the track. Practice trying to take a slightly later apex and see how this affects your deltas. Also have in the back of your mind the angle / direction of the car as you take the apex. The more it is facing in the direction of the coming straight the quicker you'll be able to effectively get on the throttle.
Your throttle engagement should generally be within two car lengths of your apex.
Extra - We need to work on your transition from throttle to brake - at the moment you are easing off the throttle a little slowly this is limiting (only for a few metres) your potential top speed on the straight. This has a direct impact on your lap times. Work on a quicker motion from throttle to brake, with a fast foot action - example

Very nice, your braking points are decent. If anything you do brake slightly early, but that is suited to your level of experience. As you develop we can push those further. There are a few areas we can work on over the coming weeks but you are already making progress. Braking is critical to set up the whole dynamic of a corner. If you don't get this right it is impossible to make up for it with other areas of driving. Next up is your first racing line technique, good luck and keep knocking out those laps! 💪
Extra - We're seeing this pattern in a few corners where you notice you're entering the corner a bit too slow and accelerate just a little bit to get your speed up. This can be both a good and a bad thing. It's good because you realize you're entering the corner a bit too slowly, but this acceleration can become muscle memory and as soon as you perfect your speed for the corner entry, you'll still be hitting the throttle just a little and then carry too much speed into the corner (we've seen this happen to plenty of other drivers). Of course, in race sessions you want to be quick, so do whatever you need to be quick, but in your practice sessions, try to focus on your trail braking, brake earlier and a bit lighter if you need, to make sure you enter the corners with the correct speed and avoid touching the throttle before the apex as much as you can (some cars need a little throttle to rotate during the corner, but those are exceptions). Here's a good example for you to analyse.

Great to have you onboard and hope you are ready to do some training! The process is super simple. Every two weeks you'll have an assigned task which your instructor will set based on our training schedule. Each task will be an important driving technique that you'll need to master in order to progress to the next discipline.
Having assessed and written hundreds of training plans, Track Titan instructors have analysed our drivers achievements and pitfalls and the results show that a consistent application of the driving techniques is crucial to progressing as a good, fast and safe driver. Therefore, every two weeks you'll be tested for consistency and quality of the chosen technique. If the instructor feels that more time on track is required to progress then no problem, hone your skills, dig deep and you'll soon pass to the next discipline.
We have assigned you a turnover day, the instructors will then assess your driving and provide your score for the assigned task and your progress. This will be vary, but is normally available within one to three days.
Please follow the advice in the assigned task and practice this race technique as much as you can in the next fortnight. Remember, referring back to the reference lap and in particular the telemetry data to see how you need to perform to perfect a skill will aid your progress and competence.
The Instructors will look through the sessions and laps you have completed over the last fourteen days. Priority will be given to hot lapping and time trial laps if available. We understand that with changing conditions (tyre wear, weather, fuel load etc.) the ability to perform consistently and with quality similar to the reference lap alters. This is taken into account with all our assessments. Needless to say, the more laps driven the better your training and practice will be and the better the understanding of your current abilities.
If you have a different motivational goal, please let us know and we'll change it from "Improve driving technique"
Enjoy the training, enjoy the journey.
Yours sincerely,
The Instructors
