Good corner gear choices. It is often the case that people change down too far in a belief that it will be faster however, you nailed this. So you've reached a milestone - well done! Your next weeks training, will be assessed on how well you perform with all the plans that you have driven so far. You are currently doing really well and should find this straight forward, just strive to increase your consistency and push for slightly quicker lap times. Good luck!
You are braking too hard, and accelerating too slowly, causing your speed to be significantly lower than the reference lap, and costing you a considerable amount of time. Try braking with less pressure, and get back on throttle quicker, so you can maintain a higher minimum speed and gain more time overall as a result. - Example

Your braking inputs are extremely close to the top times. Well done. You can still brake a few meters later, but the technique is correct. We will move onto the next skill now. Good luck and have fun!

You aren't aggressive enough when getting back on power. Have a look at this linked segment (example) and see how the reference lap quickly applies the throttle, while you apply later. This costs you time under acceleration and down the straights. A bit of work here and you'll see several tenths come off your lap times 💪

Please drive a track that is supported by the Track Titan Platform. There are plenty to choose from but unfortunately the ones you have been driving are not.

Very nice. Tight to the kerb on the majority of the segments (where needed). Keep up the laps, amazing work and looking forward to see how you perform on the next assigned task.
Extra -
You are holding too much pressure as you release the brakes, causing your speed to be significantly lower than optimal, costing you time under braking. Try release the brakes a bit quicker so you are applying less pressure, which will allow you to carry more speed under braking, gaining you time. - Example

Very nice, your braking points are sharp and spot on. Important! Be careful how much pressure you apply on fast sweeping corners, it is important not to loose too much speed by braking too heavily. Next up is your first racing line technique, good luck and keep knocking out those laps! 💪
Extra -
In the final corner at Bahrain Outer Circuit, you are braking too late and light, which causes you to carry too much speed into the apex and overshoot the corner, costing you significant time on the exit. Try braking a bit earlier and with more pressure, so you can slow the car down enough for the corner without overshooting it. - Example

Great to have you onboard and hope you are ready to do some training! The process is super simple. Every two weeks you'll have an assigned task which your instructor will set based on our training schedule. Each task will be an important driving technique that you'll need to master in order to progress to the next discipline.
Having assessed and written hundreds of training plans, Track Titan instructors have analysed our drivers achievements and pitfalls and the results show that a consistent application of the driving techniques is crucial to progressing as a good, fast and safe driver. Therefore, every two weeks you'll be tested for consistency and quality of the chosen technique. If the instructor feels that more time on track is required to progress then no problem, hone your skills, dig deep and you'll soon pass to the next discipline.
We have assigned you a turnover day, the instructors will then assess your driving and provide your score for the assigned task and your progress. This will be vary, but is normally available within one to three days.
Please follow the advice in the assigned task and practice this race technique as much as you can in the next fortnight. We require 30-50 laps in this period to give you a good assessment of your driving. Remember, referring back to the reference lap and in particular the telemetry data to see how you need to perform to perfect a skill will aid your progress and competence.
The Instructors will look through the sessions and laps you have completed over the last fourteen days. Priority will be given to hot lapping and time trial laps if available. We understand that with changing conditions (tyre wear, weather, fuel load etc.) the ability to perform consistently and with quality similar to the reference lap alters. This is taken into account with all our assessments. Needless to say, the more laps driven the better your training and practice will be and the better the understanding of your current abilities.
If you have a different motivational goal, please let us know and we'll change it from "Improve driving technique"
Enjoy the training, enjoy the journey.
Good luck and have fun on track 💪
Yours sincerely,
The Instructors
