We are ready to assess your practice from last week. Please provide us some laps and we'll check again on your next turnover day. To really learn a track in Sim racing, from our analysis of users data between 30-50 laps in a week are required to improve significantly (depending on track length).
The next Instructor notes will be provided when we have sessions to review. Thanks, and looking forward to seeing your improvements. 😁

Good corner gear choices in general. Sometimes you are one gear off the reference lap, try testing with the different cars that you drive whether you have the control choosing a different gear. Try and compare the deltas to get a feeling for whether there is a big difference on your lap times. So you've reached a milestone - well done! Your next weeks training, will be assessed on how well you perform with all the plans that you have driven so far. You are currently doing really well and should find this straight forward, just strive to increase your consistency and push for slightly quicker lap times. Good luck! Time to bring all that you've learnt together now in the next assessment....
Extra - You are too slow getting back on throttle in the final corner, costing you time on the exit and for the rest of the straight until the next braking zone. Try getting onto the throttle quicker, so you can carry a higher exit speed and gain more time overall. - Example

Could you please drive more laps? We need about 30 to 50 to get a read of how you are doing, even if you are not driving as part of a specific plan. The instructors are here to help whenever you're ready. Good luck, and hope you have a good time on the track!

Great lap times again. You are producing exciting results. Your braking is very good, often you braking a little less i.e. not hitting 100% pressure compared to the reference lap, this would often be a problem but you are achieving this whilst also not being on the brakes for longer than the reference lap. One small point to note though, is that when you do need to brake to 100% you have room to do so a little more quickly. Make sure you take that power through to 100% instead of slowing the velocity of the brake pedal. It is important to note that this is on the engaging braking section not when you are starting to trail brake. Enjoy your next training session, this should be straight forward for you but remember to study the telemetry to find any flaws.
Extra - You are carrying too much speed in the entry of the final corner at Sebring, which gives you a slower run on the exit, and for the remainder of the rest of the straight, costing you a lot of time. Try adjust your braking slightly so you can maintain a higher minimum speed without overshooting the corner. - Example

Sorry for the delay on the update.
Very nice. Tight to the kerb on the majority of the segments (where needed). Keep up the laps, amazing work and looking forward to see how you perform on the next assigned task.
Extra - You're sometimes carrying just a bit too much speed into tighter corners, which is costing you time at the exit (example).
In these situations, the corner exit is the main priority since you're accelerating from low speed. To ensure a fast exit, you must make sure you brake late to avoid losing time, but not too late to the point that you're jeopardizing the exit.

Finding the fastest way through a corner isn’t always about sticking to the line that feels “just right.” Sometimes, pushing closer to the apex unlocks hidden speed. Imagine starting wide, aiming your entry toward the curb, and adjusting when you clip the apex—earlier or later, depending on the turn’s demands. On the exit, let the car drift naturally across the track, using every inch of space. Over time, these adjustments become automatic, and once they do, you can fine-tune your approach to shave off even more time.
Extra - By running slightly wide of the ideal apex, you're giving up cornering speed. Commit to the classic outside-inside-outside line, using the entire track width on entry, apex, and exit in the stable portions of the corner. Example

Very nice, your braking points are looking very good. Important! Be careful how much pressure you apply on fast sweeping corners, it is important not to lose too much speed by braking too heavily. Next up is your first racing line technique, good luck and keep knocking out those laps! 💪
Extra - Sometimes you're turning your steering wheel a bit too much, this can cause a lot of understeer, especially on the corner entry, since you're essentially making the tyres slide on the track. Try to reduce your steering input and then slightly turn a little more each lap. Once you see that the car is not responding to your inputs, you've found the tyres' grip limit. Now you only need to stay under that limit. Example

Please drive more laps. It isn't possible to get a fair and true reflection of this assessment without at least 30-50 laps being completed. The instructors are ready to help you when you are ready.
Good luck and have fun on track 💪

Great to have you onboard and hope you are ready to do some training! The process is super simple. Every two weeks you'll have an assigned task which your instructor will set based on our training schedule. Each task will be an important driving technique that you'll need to master in order to progress to the next discipline.
Having assessed and written hundreds of training plans, Track Titan instructors have analysed our drivers achievements and pitfalls and the results show that a consistent application of the driving techniques is crucial to progressing as a good, fast and safe driver. Therefore, every two weeks you'll be tested for consistency and quality of the chosen technique. If the instructor feels that more time on track is required to progress then no problem, hone your skills, dig deep and you'll soon pass to the next discipline.
We have assigned you a turnover day, the instructors will then assess your driving and provide your score for the assigned task and your progress. This will be vary, but is normally available within one to three days.
Please follow the advice in the assigned task and practice this race technique as much as you can in the next fortnight. We require 30-50 laps in this period to give you a good assessment of your driving. Remember, referring back to the reference lap and in particular the telemetry data to see how you need to perform to perfect a skill will aid your progress and competence.
The Instructors will look through the sessions and laps you have completed over the last fourteen days. Priority will be given to hot lapping and time trial laps if available. We understand that with changing conditions (tyre wear, weather, fuel load etc.) the ability to perform consistently and with quality similar to the reference lap alters. This is taken into account with all our assessments. Needless to say, the more laps driven the better your training and practice will be and the better the understanding of your current abilities.
If you have a different motivational goal, please let us know and we'll change it from "Improve driving technique"
Enjoy the training, enjoy the journey.
Good luck and have fun on track 💪
Yours sincerely,
The Instructors
