Goal

Generally improve.

Conclusion

Your times are improving steadily. The next jump will be really nailing your braking points. Start thinking about trail braking as well, as soon as you start to turn in slowly release the brake pedal. This will allow you to achieve the reference lap braking points.

Assigned Task

Same combo. Drive 2 sessions each of 5 laps, refer back to the analysis each session and learn the braking points. Then drive one long session of 15-20 laps. Let's see if we can knock another second off your time....

1st key mistake:

Braking too early

Why it matters

Braking points must be your No. 1 priority.

How much of a problem it is for you

Nearly a quarter of all your mistakes are based on braking too early.

See an example in your own sessions

As seen in segment 5 you are braking earlier than the reference lap but still finish braking at the same time as it.

A structure assignment for you this week.  First two sessions will be short but you must go to the Track Titan analysis page and try to remember as many of the braking points as possible compared to the reference lap.  Then one long session to cement that knowledge of the braking points in your memory.

2nd key mistake:

Inconsistent throttle application

Why it matters

Similar to last week, a long section of 50% throttle.

How much of a problem it is for you

Around 13% of your mistake relate to being on and off the throttle

See an example in your own sessions

Check out your throttle application in the same segment, segment 5. for over 60% of the corner you are driving at 50% throttle or less.

It is much faster to brake later, then get to full throttle as quickly as possible roughly at the apex.  Check back to the analysis, the reference lap tries to get to full throttle even before the apex, pulls back but achieve max. throttle bang on the centre of the apex.  This should be your goal

3rd key mistake:

Missed apex

Why it matters

Monza is full of fast chicanes and driving these to perfection will lower your lap times.

How much of a problem it is for you

Also around 14% of your mistakes are highlighted due to mistakes with missing apexes.

See an example in your own sessions

Check out the second chicane at Monza, segment 4.   Notice that you are very wide on the first part of the chicane.  This as a knock on effect of handicapping your exit speed out of the second half of the chicane
